I have stayed here two times this past year. This stay was particularly unpleasant. I was surprised that at check in there was no receptionist; rather a remote console with a televised person, who never smiled, and who said that he was home rather than at the property. I am not at all pleased about this. What if there was an emergency that needed an on-site person at the desk. Room was quite small especially the bathroom, toilet was mounted crooked on the floor, Body wash dispenser came off from the wall mount. Vanity top was dirty, vanity light was burnt out. Desk top was dirty where the mini coffee pot was located. Breakfast was less than appetizing, especially the nearly solid block of eggs and limp bacon. Overall, not a great experience.

This place was good for a stopover in my way back up the coast from the bay area. It was almost entirely contractors staying there. I did hear one family but only because they hung out outside my window talking until almost midnight. Otherwise it was clean and decently quiet. The breakfast in minimal. But for the price it was fine.

The room was fine for the price. The bed and pillows were comfortable and that is what matters most. The place itself is a little tired. Staff were friendly. We did not like the check in on a kiosk with some random guy in India. Really Best Western? You can't pay a person in the US minimum wage to check in people personally?

The property was well-kept and very safe. Convenient location to many stores and restaurants. The room was clean and very spacious! Would recommend!

The room was shabby and stinky. Even after I complained they agreed to refund the 2nd night but didnt consider cleaning the room even once.

I hated on checkout they had a kiosk with a call center guy on a screen than a real in person, person. Wish the pool was heated more or just have a hot tub

The room was clean. The shower stall was too small. I much prefer speaking to a person at the front counter than a tv screen. I asked for a quiet room away from traffic noise and what I received was good. The breakfast was ready on most days. I liked the apples, but the eggs were thickly powdered, the bacon was sadly thin and wet, rather than of fair size and crispy. It seemed there was only one person hard at work supplying the food in the kitchen as sometimes, even if one was early, food was missing in supply. See above.

Nearby shopping center. Dog friendly in certain rooms.

The room that we got was very disappointing. Ants all over the night stands walls and shower. Not clean at all had a weird smell in the room. Never booking there again.

Staff is friendly and very helpful, room was very clean and filled with full soaps, lotion, etc. Privacy was amazing and well respected, housekeeping was consistent and well done. Very nice hotel for the price!

Location was perfect for where we needed to go. Place was clean, staff was friendly. The only negative was you could hear the cars and the bed was very, very firm.

Shower floor slippery and very low sink water pressure. Otherwise, perfect! Kudos to Maria, breakfast room attendant! Sweet and very helpful!

The pool was very nice and clean. As for the rest, you get what you pay for (almost) and this place was cheap. Breakfast was very underwhelming. We didn’t rely much n it so that was good for us.

Loved the pool. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Fresh towels and bed made every day. Breakfast was a disappointment. Eggs had no flavor and the undercooked bacon was greasy. Shower is in need of repair or replacement.

Everything was great. I have stayed there twice this summer and will stay again! Great breakfast, nice pool. Great restaurant on site. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Really enjoyed my stay .
