Clerk next morning moved me to a much cleaner room the next morning

The worst thing is that there was no heat and it was dropping down to about 49 or 50. When I complained, they gave me two blankets, but that did not stop me from getting a very sore throat and a bad earache. Shower was barely functional with a trickle of water coming because the lever that you push or pole to switch between the tub and the shower was stuck. No shampoo. One tiny bar of soap for everything only decent thing was Internet. The staff member wrote down the Wi-Fi password so badly that I had to call to try to get it and it took me five minutes to get somebody on the phone because their phone doesn’t work and you have to use your cell phone and call the number as if you’re calling from the outside. I will never stay in another Super eight by Wyndham again in my life.

I found a fingernail in my bedding, hot pink! Around 6:00am in the morning, a car crashed into the building below us. Startled us out of bed. The room didn’t have a trash can, not even in the bathroom.

First we were greeted by the General Manager who seemed stressed out. Not her fault as I’m sure her job isn’t easy and she gave us a room in 125. I went to the room first because my husband had to go back to work and finish up a few things. My first impression was the horrible cigarette smell! It looked like a Motel 6 with the colors and layout inside. I noticed that the floors were extremely filthy after the cigarette smell. I left my door open while I brought in our belongings. Once I use the restroom, I got even more grossed out as there was snot all over the walls. There was also a dead bug still attached to the wall. The bathtub was extremely filthy and you could tell that it was not cleaned. The room was cold so I decided to turn on the HVAC system only to find out that it was blowing cold air, I called the front desk and asked the GM if she could have somebody in maintenance to take a look at it. She sounded very annoyed and said that everybody was gone for the day and to just leave the fan off. This was pie far, the most horrible and disgusting motel that I have ever stayed at. I ended up booking a room elsewhere so that I could be comfortable since my husband‘s job site was just down the street. He decided to stay there and said that it was absolutely horrible. He said that he should have gone and stayed with me instead I went to the Sheraton and spent just $30 more a night and it was well worth the extra money

It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

The place was very rough around the ages. You can absolutely tell it was a motel 6 that somebody never took very good care of There wasn't a whole lot to like. No refrigerator, no microwave. Had to go to the office to get coffee. No breakfast. Parking lot and grounds were very unkept

PROs: -Very low prices...I think this is cheapest hotel in all of Petaluma. -Clean Room and bathroom...though very old. -Very quiet location CONs: -Smaller room -No shampoo, just one little bar of soap. -No fridge, microwave, or coffee machine. Ice machines were broken. -Older, creaky, uneven beds, at least the sheets were nice. You get what you pay for...but it was still better than spending the night at my parent's house,

It was close to the freeway Parking spaces were not lined well, lobby door was hard to open, there was throw up in front of the room doors, my key stopped working the second night, the heater did not work, the remote did not work, they only provided one towel when it was supposed to be for two-4 people.
