Beautifully maintained with ponds and a dog park. Friendly, helpful staff!
-
Beautiful setting close to town lots of fun things to do very quiet. The second night around 3 the ac unit started to drip water on us other than that it was wonderful.
-
N/A The beds weren't super comfy.
-
The tiny house was so cute. It was perfect for the two of us. We loved the waterfalls outside our slider. The coffee maker in our cabin didn’t work.
-
Well maintained, loved the fountains, and loved the trailed leading to Gypsy Distillery That at first there was no hot water but we figured out there was a switched that needed to be turned on.
-
Under the furniture there was dust/hair.
-
Great property--very clean, quiet, updated and modern. Loved our stay! expensive for a 3 nite stay.
-
Great location near Bay Harbor and Petoskey. Super easy check in and check out process. Reasonable price for the amenities provided. Nice pool. The tub drained really slow, there were some holes in the screen of the patio door, and the furniture had started to show some wear
-
Location was great, literally less than 10min drive from downtown Petoskey. Nothing
-
Everything was great! There wasn't anything we didn't like
-
Shower was short. Had to bend down to get the shower head to hit our head.
-
I had to make my own breakfast, no big deal. Location was good, it was quiet. Very limited hot water for showers.
-
Quiet and not crowded. Beautiful views
-
Loved the cute little cottage style tiny house. The mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on.
-
Cute place. Quiet The atmosphere was a bit cold. None of the campers were very friendly which is not something we are use to.
-
Complementary WiFi was up and down making it difficult to do any work on my laptop. I didn't know you could purchase a stable WiFi. The price per day should include it since the price per day was above market pricing.
-
Hot tub and sauna did not work during our visit. Cabin was not supplied for a 6 day stay. We had to keep going to the checkin to get towels, garbage bags, etc.... Staff were not friendly or seemed to care. We did not have hot water the first night and morning when we were there. We called that first morning, when I checked later that day the guy at the front desk said "oh yeah I forgot about that". We would not stay here again or suggest it to anyone.

Friendly staff and a beautiful property. Park model was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of amenities and a great location between Petoskey and Charlevoix. Nothing
