Wildwood Lodge

So for the most part this place is ok but for the price you could get a lot more for your buck. So the bad was the lady at the front desk her name started with a J had black hair and had glasses,she was super rude when asking a simple question like what room number we were going to be in. She differently needs so help with guest service. Also she had so guy always at the front desk talking to her for the 3 days we were there. They advertise a hot tub but unfortunately it was not hot nor close to what a hot tub should be it was a little warmer then the pool temperature. All the other staff was great besides that one lady. The place overall isn't bad just think for the price you could get something a little bit nicer . I'll probably never go back unless that lady isn't there and the hot tub gets fixed.

I liked the onsite bar when we got checked in; a little expensive, but still nice to enjoy. We enjoyed the outside sitting area, too. The hotel was in a very nice location as well. We would stay here again. The coffee wasn't good, but that's personal tastes, I guess.

Furnishings dated. Stained carpet in stairway. Musty smell in room. Jetted tub looked like it needed a deep cleaning.

We were very impressed when we entered the hotel. The staff was very helpful, rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely would stay again.

Easy to find. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet.

Our stay was great. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was really friendly and nice. The breakfast was good. The pants were the most comfortable, and my daughter scratched her leg on a piece of metal sticking out from the sofa bed. Found french fry, trash and container on the side of the bed by the nightstand. We could only get half of the dresser doors open because the rest were stuck.

Nice atmosphere. Breakfast was basic extended continental. The coffee in two machines was either running only hot water or empty. The hot foods were not always refilled. The tables were often dirty and not cleaned between guests. The hotel staff did not want to be inconvenienced.

I think this would be a great location to bring a family. Really liked the native American and outdoor themed decor. I arrived very late and night and had to leave very early. Wish I had more time to explore and try the food.
