Elevator needs to be improved

Beds are comfortable and place is really clean. Friendly staff

Breakfast was great. They changed out dirty towels every day. But they never changed sheets while we were there. We stayed there three nights. Maybe next time.

Everything was as it should be clean and ready. Breakfast was hot and exactly what was advertised. No complaints for a one night stay.

Bad - Except for the check in person, front desk staff was extremely rude. Checkout manager was worse. Broken office chair in room and staff would not replace so there really isn’t a work station in the room as advertised. Surfaces in room were dusty and sticky so cleaning was lacking so Lysol is recommended. Breakfast - average hotel breakfast on weekend. The coffee was fantastic.

Room had dirty/stained pillows for the pullout bed, sheetrock was coming off the wall in the bathroom from water damage and lots of random hairs on the bathroom towels. Our other room A/C didn't work so we had to split out kids up to diff. floors.

Booked a room with a jetted tub, asked the front desk worker to check the tub because I didn’t think it worked. She never came.

Clean room and great staff

The hotel is old. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast if you go eat after 8:30 am on the weekend there is pretty much just some coffee and eggs. The room felt and smell humidity. The AC didn’t keep the room cool enough.

Good hotel

Breakfast wasn’t great. The incidental charge for one night was the same as what we paid for the night. The keys to the room didn’t work twice. The tv and phone didn’t work. The clock wasn’t set. We were finally moved to another room. Was not a good experience this time. Disappointed.

The sheets were dirty had blood stains. There was nails that had been clipped on the floor and it was not vacuumed

I stayed for 4 nights and only stayed be day my room was serviced to be cleaned. They were very short staffed and claimed that that had difficulty getting and retaining staff to service the rooms.

Front desk clerk was really helpful, facility and room very clean.
