Again I want to highlight their staff. Always friendly and helpful. I’m a travel agent of 14 years and haven’t met a staff like this before. The in house amenities are amazing as well - in room laundry, kitchens, amazing pool, beautiful gym, and an all day coffee bar - always something for everyone!

I’ve been staying here since it’s opened. It’s a great place. The elevator is always a pain to use and sometimes the TV remotes don’t work

It was our first time here and honestly one of the better hotels I have stayed. It was absolutely beautiful! Very convenient location, clean, everyone was welcoming it was amazing! The only thing I would complain about is parking! There’s no onsite parking and I would book here again if they had an agreement with the garage across the way for parking space. Other than that 10/10 definitely would recommend!

Loved everything about this luxury hotel! The view was amazing. Only thing I would say they need to change is the pool it’s not heated. The hotel is beautiful. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly but an indoor heated pool would have topped it off. I’m definitely coming back either way!

I loved the whole experience from start to finish with the staff, amenities and amazing views from the room. I was welcomed with a card in my room and everything was very clean and cozy! I will definitely be coming back

Very nice hotel with huge rooms. Coffee available no breakfast unless you go to on site cafe but that is extra. Parking at garage next door is 42 dollars.

The hotel staff gave someone a key to my room. Luckily, I was just sitting at the table and not in the shower or bedroom when I went downstairs to explain to them what happened they unapologetically said “well the system signed you out“ they did end up compensating that night of my hotel. Stay which I appreciated but their overall defensive attitude did not show very quality customer service.

Maybe if youre going to be hanging out onsite and get to utilize the gym and other places its cool or maybe a business trip but a bae-stay just be aware You can get to alot of places from this central. We were in town for a concert and was about 10 mins from alot of eateries and the venue

The room was immaculate. Only issue we had on our stay was the AC was too loud. It was like a subway train pulling into the station every 20 minutes. We had a very difficult time sleeping at all. Everything else was fantastic.

No phone in the room which I didn’t like.

Clean big room, great staff. Had a lot of fun in the city and aka made it a great stay!
