It was amazing. We should have stayed another day Far from the attractions in Philly

Michele, who ran the front desk, was beyond helpful. She was kind and just so wonderful that it makes me want to come back - which I believe we will soon! The area of Chestnut Hill is new to me and just so adorable and walkable and hospitable and friendly. If I could give this hotel and Michele 10 stars I would. Oh - there was also a popcorn machine in the lobby and a free fabulsou breakfast with table service!

Very cute area and felt very safe Not close to the stadium for our concert

Cute Historic Hotel in Chestnut Hill. The walls had pictures that showed the past of the area and hotel. Close to the Morris Arboretum where we attended an event our first night. Adam was amazing and informative. We were celebrating our anniversary and the room was very romantic. The bed was very comfortable with awesome plush pillows. The provided robe was also very plush. Breakfast was very good, but if you eat meat you will be disappointed. Everything was great!

Quaint part of the city, updated amenities, comfortable and spacious room. Will def visit again.

The breakfast was not great, my plate was dirty, black material in the lemonade and residue noted on two glasses I selected had to use paper cups and napkins. Parking was goodd and staff seemed friendly. Had to interpret the meaning of ice water to breakfast attendent. otherwise there are restaurants on site, Adelina's was good.

Love the location of the hotel. Having the market right there is a bonus. Adam and the staff did an incredible job of making us feel comfortable.

Location was excellent. Michelle and Sam at the front desk were very helpful!

This is a perfectly good hotel. My room was decorated more in a tan color than the more appealing color in their photos, but that won’t matter to most people. It’s located in a residential or suburban neighborhood about 20 minutes from downtown attractions, although there are several restaurants, artsy shops, and an ice cream parlor in walking distance. I would stay there again as long as I didn’t need to be downtown at night.

Beautiful flowers at the entrance and the staff was very nice. The location is excellent and very walkable. Unfortunately, the room itself was very dated. There were no bottles of water in the room, only two towels, and when we asked for more at the front desk, they only had one available. The bathroom was cramped, the shower head was terrible, and the air conditioner was rusted. Overall, the property has some positives, but the room was disappointing.

All the basics, the front desk was extremely helpful. TV access to wifi was difficult. I was not comfortable with the process.
