Very comfortable room

Shower didn't work...television had horrible channels, no local sports channels?? Unacceptable.. Housekeeping knocking on the door at 9am and then proceeded to attempt to open the door. Check out was 11am..

Clean room, spacious, restaurants on premise, great casino.

Awesome stay

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, perfect stay for a Phillies, Sixers or Eagles game.

The air conditioner didn't work and even that we had an 11am check out time we had the maid banging on the door at 8am and woke us up to remind us that we needed to check out at 11am

location. went to a phillies game It is vert expensive for what you get. The train system is good enough that staying close to the arenas is not worth it. The hotel staff was all over the place on how to get a taxi. the staff did not know how to get to the train station, they had no idea on busing or any activity. I checked in and turned the AC unit down to 68 degrees, the room was at 72. After a shower i needed to head to the stadium but the temp had not changed and the air coming out the vents was room temp. I contacted the desk and they said they would send someone up while i was gone. I got back and asked and they said yep, fixed. So i went back to the room and the ac was set by the staff at 66, it was 70. I let it run while i took a shower and it did not change. I went back down to tell them, they argued with me before finding me a different smaller room but i had to get my stuff packed at midnight before they would give me the key. I went back up, packed, went back down got my new room key and went to the room. I forgot my phone charging cable in the first room. I went back down, now about 100am and asked the front desk if i could get back in and get my cable and she said the room had already had been cleaned and i would have to go to security to see if they had it. I did, they did not. So i asked the lady at the front desk if she could ask the cleaning service to see if they had it and she said no. I said why? she said they would not answer my call, asked why not, she said because they are not here. I said you just told me they cleaned that room in the last half hour? She mumbled something and called security to walk me to the room (we are at 30 minutes now for something which should have taken 1 minute) After 5 minutes security came and took me to the room, the door was ajar, we went in and low and behold the maintenance crew was in there fixing the ac system, which they did not do and plain out LIED to me. My cable was there. I was lied to by a staff in a 275$ a night hotel,

Great if you can get rooms for the right price, but not $350/night worth

Great staff

All but one restaurant located inside casino and must be 21 to enter. Unable to eat with my 18 yo child. Was told all restaurants would deliver to room for room service. Food was ordered and never showed. Waited 1 1/2 hours. Called front desk and was told I would have to come down to the casino and go to the restaurant to see why. Did so…they said they were too busy. No call and apparently no refund if i didn’t walk down there myself.

ordered pizza twice paid for it but never received it.batteries in remote where about dead,tv reception kept going out

Loved the room. Slots were cold. BR PRIME was awesome. Problem is # of eateries. No set down breakfast.
