Perfekt stay Everything okay

Rooms new Stuff looks angry and unhappy. First they gave a room without view even I show my resarvation. Second, for early check in , they charged a lot. Hotel nee and clean but reception behaviours unaccaptable. If no gf by me, I would get into a lot argument. When you look stuff face you feel you come to cemetery not hotel.
