It’s one of those hotels that leaves you feeling like you in a scene of an old Asian movie, I loved it. Breakfast choice may be a little limited.

The swimming, the spacious bedroom and the localisation. The gym was pretty limited, the breakfast was not very tasty.

The facilities are amazing. Super close to the Sunday market which is a can’t miss! The staff were amazing the rooms were very modern and clean. Breakfast is also a must! There was nothing I did not like. I will be back!!!!

Good location in a very quite alley a few steps from the old town. Comfortable and large modern room (Deluxe). Good shower. Helpful staff with 24/7 presence at reception. Pool towels are provided. All is ok

This hotel does not deliver a true 4 star experience. The room decor felt dated, towels had rips and the couch in the living area was uncomfortable. Service was limited and inconsistent. Pool towels were not available at the pool or provided in the room, and there was no staff assistance nearby. I eventually had to walk around the hotel and ask a housekeeping staff member for towels. After 9 pm, no ice was available. I was simply told that the bar was closed and that I should go and buy ice myself. For a hotel positioned as 4 star, this level of service and lack of basic amenities is disappointing.

staff were very attentive accomodating and kind, this was more room than i expected, i slept in the child bay window bed, the gym was very good while i waiter for my room as was the pool could not stay longer

This property is located in the center of activity in Old Town. The location was great! There is a list of every item in the room and how much you will owe if it is damaged…right down to the glasses, towels, and paint on the walls. Some of the items on the list were not provided, like wash clothes. Housekeeping cleaned daily but they were inconsistent in providing water for the three of us. We cannot drink the water from the sink so it is customary for the hotel to provide water to simply brush your teeth or make coffee.

Well kept, centrally located and relatively well priced. The staff is very service oriented and acommodating. Breakfast was OK but no real juices.

In the lobby the air conditioning wasn't working all the time and when you come back from the heat of the streets and enter the hotel, you don't cool yourself.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room is nice and spacious and walking distance to old town. I would recommend everyone to stay here in Phuket. Nothing, everything was great

Noisy surroundings plus sound isolation and proofing is suboptimal. If you plan to go to bed before 00:00 and have a fall asleep, you're gonna be disappointed.

The breakfast was very good and the selection, variety of food was good and exceeded my expectations! I had asked the hotel desk clerk for a good rate if I should return to Phuket. She obliged, & offered me a very generous discounted rate, for 1/2 day, on my last day in Thailand. I was very pleased! The overall value for your money is very good! I easily saved between $150 to $250 on my stay in this hotel. It was very noisy in the hallway, in the evening! There were periods that you could hear children crying and dogs barking, especially late at night, when I was trying to sleep! Fortunately, this normally only lasted for about 20 to 30 minutes. The air conditioning was blowing directly on me, while I was sleeping. The AC vents need to be on the other side of the room. The beds were small, but fairly comfortable. These are the reasons why I only rated the hotel very good & not excellent.
