The only positive aspect of the hotel is the presence of a pool and a gym. I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The restroom was very uncomfortable and poorly designed. The sound isolation is terrible — you can hear every noise from the hallway and other rooms, including doors slamming, which makes it hard to rest. The Wi-Fi is very poor and unreliable. The breakfast is extremely limited and low quality. The location is also not convenient.

Housekeeping staff, reception staff were very helpful, good location. Clean hotel. Hotel is a bit old, there is only 1 lift, breakfast menu remains same, except for the local dishes. Can do more on continental dishes.

What a convenient location this was for everything we did on Phukett- very clean amazing breakfast very nice but(small) rooftop infinity pool-highly recommend!! Very nice not fancy but we loved it

Good basic room, comfy and clean. Breakfast good enough for the day. It has all you need without luxury. The hotel is surrounded by low cost housing flats and is visually not the best. It is a good short term stay type of place.

I booked the hotel going by previous reviews I had read on here. Not sure what hotel previous guests had stayed in. But certainly didn’t seem this one. To be brutally honest , the only plus I can find is food available at a reasonable price price most times upto 9pm, if they are open. The list is long. But here are a few . Swimming pool is more a plunge pool no shade at all. Breakfast was the worst ive experienced in any hotel here so far. Staff are friendly enough. Got the maid to change out bedding as linen was stained. Just a dated hotel.. ideal for cheap back packing I guess . But the worst bit was your not really near anything except a lovely park just down the road. You really are taking your life in your own hands trying to cross main roads to get anywhere

The fact that i can walk to local areas The room oh no, picture that i saw was not what i walked into. Outside future with lots of rust which is not safe if someone gets scratched and not knowing especially if they have underlying conditions. The food noooo, same thing every day and it was not warm. Next time I visit Phuket definitely staying somewhere else. The room small and bed so uncomfortable and the lighting in the room did not make sense.
