The Dorm Hostel

The place was safe and quiet, the bed was big and comfortable and the breakfast made by another girl in the morning was too good and healthy Thank you for everything, especially for the small present that you give me at check out

Capsule beds allow some privacy, location is good We found bed bugs during our stay, the number of bathrooms is not enough for the number of beds, lockers are quite small and some were broken

Strong air conditioner, good staff, comfortable beds, great breakfast We found a bed bug on day 3 of 6. It was carried in by another guest. No one else had an issue with it until day 6. The place is super nice otherwise, so hopefully, they will resolve the issue fast.

Clean restroom The fan is quite noisy, and the staff are not communicate in Thai.

First time in Phuket and we literally felt not to leave this place as it was damn awesome. Breakfast is good. And the amazing part is "custom name printed souvenir" wowwwww. Providing custom printed souvenirs to guests elevated the hostel experience to a next level which we never expected. Near to many attractions. Just book this place. Trust me you'll never regret ! Why would one dislike this hostel. Literally nothing to be disliked of from this property.

Likes: * location * hospitality , Friendly and helpful receptionists * complimentary breakfast. Dislike: * they have to pay attention to adjust the Ac cooling temperature siting , some night were to hot couldn’t sleep until we complained to the reception then thy work the other air condition and reduce the temperature to 18. * the shower and the toilet need to be Redlands from time to time as it is a hostel sharing bathroom, cleaning only one time a day not enough.

loved the double bed dorms, had a really nice vibe to it. quite a small hostel in a good location. the pods got very hot at night even with the air con on

They didn't have enough lockers to storage our luggage.

The double beds are very comfortable. The staff/host is very friendly and accommodating. No hot water in the shower

Every things Every things

This place is a 10/10. From the First part of the stay this beautiful Thai lady (Pai) greeted me with a big smile and helped me with my heavy luggage. From the start of my first night I noticed that this hostel has necessary rules to keep up its cleanliness. Pai was very helpful in every ways. You can ask for a lock to lock your locker or pay B60 to keep it with you. The bathrooms were always clean and the bedroom/dorm was very clean as well. The pillows were very comfy and it has a very comfortable blanket. Pai and the other host offered me a really good deal to see phi phi island and other islands . They have other packages as well. This hostel is very close to old town night market and lots of convenience stores around. The beds were abit hard. Could be better by replacing them with softer mattress. But I slept very well

The owners are really nice! I had a small issue but they made sure to help with everything. It can be quite noisy in the dorm because of the amount of beds, keep in mind to bring earplugs.

The actual dorms were very clean and I liked the curtain that separated people so you could have some privacy, the location was good very close to old town but if you wanted to go to a beach you had to take a 10-20 minute taxi to get there or a 45 min to an hour or more walk. The staff were very friendly and made a lovely breakfast. They also had very large lockers for your bags which was nice Not much, just that the room was nice and cold but if you had your curtain closed you didn’t feel it very well and the little fan in the corner was extremely loud and rattled a bunch

Location was good for a night, we needed a spot to stay between locations and it did the trick. Breakfast was simple but fast and good, the staff were nice but not around much. Because the staff wasn’t around much, other people staying in the hostel were smoking inside the bathrooms and sleeping area. There weren’t enough bathrooms for the amount of people in the hostel and no way the showers were clean after 6 people using them in a row. The pods themselves don’t really get cool inside so sleeping was difficult due to the temperature.

The staff were great and very friendly. The bed was comfortable with a fan in the corner. Toilets were clean. The location was close to restaurants, cafes and shops. Walking distance to the port if you're moving on. The room was so hot, even with the Aircon on. We struggled to fall asleep, even with the fan on. The Aircon gets switched off during the day so it's worth noting if anyone is looking for a good sleep during the day after travelling. The hang out area downstairs was also very hot. The shower heads sprayed/ leaked out in two out of the three stalls.
