The receptionist & restaurant waiter caused me to feel uncomfortable due to their lack of patience. As someone from another country, I'm not aware of all of the Italian idiosyncrasies. Specially, my room was very warm. The AC was not turned on. I was told to there was nothing to be done (no fan, etc.) Additional, the waiter expected me to order my meal without letting me look at the menu. Dinner ended with a shield bug walking across my table.

Best location right on the lake. We had a room with a large balcony which was lovely. Enjoyed both evening and early morning views. Dinner in the hotel was very good. Staff was fun and were glad to have us guests. A nice place for us during our Camino S Francesco walk.

Beautiful lake view room. Wonderful breakfast. Exceptionally friendly staff. Free parking. Pool.

Amazing location. With beautiful views and a nice restaurant. The hotel needs some repairs and updates. Peeling paint and rusted metal here and there give it a tired look. Also, staff were preoccupied in the kitchen several times during breakfast and at checkout time. But always polite. And helpful.

Right on the lake; nice outdoor patio; comfortable beds; great breakfast and aperol spritzes. Great place to unwind after walking from Poggio Bustone

The location of the hotel is great. I wish it was summer because the lake was calling for a swim. The view is amazing. We also visited hotel restaurant for a dinner and we really enjoyed it. I also appreciated free parking in a spacious garage. The staff was super friendly.

The hotel has a beautiful view of Piediluco lake. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was very good.

Great location to start our Via Francesco pilgrimage, perfect location, good facilities, the staff were really helpful and the breakfast was great, set us up for the day! Beautiful location, we even managed a quick dip in the lake before we left the mattresses were a bit hard but that was the only thing

Good room, all clean and well. Good dinner and breakfast. Solid place all around. Weird cleaning smell when entering the room. Dinner/breakfast hall could do with some ambiance - just a bunch of oddly unfitting pictures on the walls.

Beautiful location on the lake with fabulous views from our balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and good. We had dinner at the hotel in the evening and the food quality was excellent. It was all excellent

Great location on the shores of lake Piediluco and central to the village. The double room with balcony was spacious and had a good view of the lake. The bathroom came with bottled hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, and shower caps. Although we didn't arrive in time to use it, the pool looked very clean and inviting. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was open even though the website said it closes fro dinner on Wednesdays. (There was only one bar (opposite the hotel) and one little take-away open in the village - end of Sept). Cheese, mortadella, yoghurt, and fresh orange juice good at breakfast. Huge covered parking garage. We would stay here again. The room was too warm and despite setting the temperature to 19C, the AC/fan did nothing to reduce the room temperature and in fact increased it from 24.8C to 25.6C during the night. Similarly, the fridge was too warm to be useful. The breakfast was adequate but basic, catering mainly for the Italian palate. Brits will find the selection unappealing. There was scrambled egg, which actualy tasted good (compared to most buffet offerings), but it was cold. To dramatically improve the breakfast for a Brit's palate, the hotel could offer some boiled eggs (or ensure the scrambled egg is hot), cooked to order fried/poached eggs/omelettte, *sliced bread with a toaster*, cooked sausages or bacon (while these are not part of a Brit's normal breakfast, they are expected at hotels whilst on holiday).

The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Staff were all very friendly and gladly rented me an adapter. Breakfasts and dinner were very nice (I had a seafood risotto). I had a wonderful vacation alongside the tranquil lake. Toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided, but I had mine, so it wasn't a problem. During check out, the card reader didn't work due to no internet signal, but the problem was resolved after 15 minutes.
