Overall, it was a decent place to stay for one night but they need to lower their price.

Hotel was a dump. Lobby bathroom with water all over the floor and clogged toilet. Maintenance barged in our room with no notice and viewed us changing.

Room was large and pretty quiet even though it was by the highway, very nice staff, clean landscaped pool area, lots of parking, there's a really fun Mexican restaurant next door! Breakfast was just ok. It's fine and convenient and reasonable if you need a place for a night or 2.

Everything was great... The coffee machine, I feel like the should have had regular creamer aside from what the ma Machine put in it., they could use dry creamer so it last longer,I didn't like the coffee that machine made i prefer to add my own creamer, but everything else was great

Previous guest left a used bar of soap on the top ledge of the shower. Properly cleaned? Doubtful. Having to kill a huge cockroach within fifteen minutes of our arrival didn’t improve my impression either. Renovation work in lobby area created a chemical smell that caused us headaches. Poor timing on our part.

No breakfast was served because it was Memorial Day, that’s their entire business is holiday travel. We left a day a day early after finding the bug.

Man at check was so rude. Hallway carpet tattered and filthy. Construction debris in the room. Toilet covered in a black grime. Terrible breakfast and horrible coffee. Not up to Best Western standards at all. Save 50 bucks and stay at a cheaper hotel, it can’t be worse than this!

The stay was good. I do know I never want a room on the bottom floor ever again. I think I heard every step anyone made that was above. Top floor please for me. Other than that I will be staying there again in the future ..

It was under construction! No one told us this before we arrived. Noisey during day. Construction one floor up above room. NO snacks to buy. Staff gave us water then last night another staff said water was to be purchased. It was clean, staff nice, breakfast ok.
