Az egyágyas "szoba" (308) alkalmatlan tartózkodásra. A rendkívül alacsony belmagasság miatt a szobában felállni sem lehet. A fényképek megtévesztőek, nem a kiadott szobában készültek. Az ágy le volt szakadva. Szerencsére csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk ott.

Unfortunately, for two out of the three days there was no hot water. However, we received appropriate financial compensation, and the staff truly did everything they could to help.

Nice location, tempting to have a walk in the village/hill. Complimentary water/fruit/tea at the sauna. Equipment available for drying ski boots. Super-nice and helpful staff. E-car charging available (using Stromladen app). N/A

It's a very cosy and family-owned hotel with gentle, kind and very positive hotel stuff with manners, trying to make you feel comfortable, room was spacious enough, excellent wi-fi, lively evening bar downstairs, nice quiet and well decorated sauna part which was really a blessing, all amenities for sauna provided (slippers, bathrobe), room for ski equipment and heaters for ski boots, skibus is just across the street but I preferred using a car going to Saalbach ski resort. nothing

Breakfast was fantastic! :) And thank you for helping us with changes! Good location to Zell am See and Kaprun ski areas, including ski bus right in front of the hotel. Cross country ski trail right across the road.

The breakfast was excellent. The spa and sauna area are nice. The rooms are not too large but nice and cozy. It's a short drive to excellent, spacious, and quite famous ski resorts, such as Kaprun—Kitzsteinhorn or Saalbach Hinterglemm. Good price-performance ratio, ideal for families who don't need/want a 4* or 5* hotel. -
