Lighting in the room was weak. Furnishing was dated and dark.

We were told breakfast opened at 7:30 so we didn’t go until 7:30. It opened earlier . Which is great but we were told differently. We would have eaten early and left for event earlier had we known it opened earlier.

Had some issues with the water pressure.

Great location, view and breakfast

The view and the location.

We stayed here last minute for one night. The staff was very friendly, excellent location and clean comfortable rooms. The included breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. Overall I would recommend staying here for a few nights. Our room was for a double bed but it was two twins pushed together. Not very comfortable for myself and my partner.

Wonderful lake view from the room. And the staff was very friendly. The restaurant food was amazing.

wifi was great. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good selection though the eggs and sausages were cold. We booked a room for two adults and one teen knowing son would be sleeping on the sofa bed. On arrival once we managed to open our room - the lock was very difficult to manage - we were met by a blast of icy cold air. Thinking we would give benefit of the doubt, we had a cup of tea and waited for the room to warm up, 45 minutes later we were still wearing our full winter clothing including hats and jackets. We told reception the heating does not seem to be working - he went up to investigate whilst we went for a walk. 2 hours later on our return still icy cold room. He offered us an alternative of two rooms. Our son’s room was warm and comfortable but though the heat was on in our room it never really warmed. Luckily the hot water was really hot and plentiful. Overall the hotel seems neglected - bathrooms were not clean, our keys could not open our doors, the linen was threadbare and our room had a weird smell. If the price reflected the nature of the hotel we would have dealt with it, but we paid for a much better hotel than we got.

Situated in a quaint little town and there’s a wonderful view on Lago di Cadore right from the balcony. Also liked the friendly staff. The second bed was a foldable sofa bed. A chair in the room had dirty stains on the seating.

After reviewing various rooms we found one that was large warm and quiet with exterior wooden shutters. Bed was comfortable. We were provided with indoor parking. Alessandro did his best with the limited choices available. Soya milk at breakfast The hotel has seen better days. It is old style and poorly maintained. At first sight and after looking at unacceptable room we complained to Booking who did not help. It being late at night we stayed. Bedsheets in the single room were not clean. The minibar was kept at low temperature and we had to use the hotel fridge for our medicines. No hand tissues in the room. Broken faucet in bathroom. Shower head should be replaced as it shot in all directions. Breakfast was neutral. Eggs were cooked if asked but limited selection of everything. More fruit should be supplied. Its 34km and about 40min drive to Cortina

really not much that I liked here...If I had to stay there for more than 1 night i would cancel. The good thing was a good price, but value for money questionable. First - not easy to find entrance to parking, and it was challenging entrance/leaving the parking. In the bathroom the toilet wasn't clean and in the shower I found used shower gel wraps. The curtains seemed like haven't been cleaned for a while, the furniture in the room looked like 1900s (and not much late cleaned). The neighborhood on the building of the hotel seemed even a bit scary, lonesome,I would say - they seen much better days, probably more people around... I didn't complain because we were tired from trip and only staying for one night, but I probably should have.

The carpark was for free and easy to locate. The breakfast was included, but the service from the waitress was really, really poor, had to ask for coffee to be made, and her attitude was, so rude, to all guests.
