When we got there to sign in there was no one there just a doorbell. 45 minutes later we got a room. First day there was water coming threw bathroom light fixture. They moved us to new room. NO breakfast. The pool was deep green and they just keep making promises to clean it, it never got clean. We were there 9 days no refunds and was prepay.No cold water in shower and coffee didn't work. WE HAD 2 VERY DISAPPOINTED GRANDCHILDREN. NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

You get what you pay for. Lady at desk was great and very nice. Krispy Kreme next door . Pool is still green. Rough crowd live there but had no problems at all. no Breakfast or coffee.

Nothing! Room smelled horrible and had mold, no wifi, air conditioner didn't work, pool was green and closed, curtains falling off of the window. Horrible experience. We stayed one night and checked out early. Hotel refused to refund us.

NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING it’s the worst ever DO NOT EVER GO THERE The peppery was bad , and it’s bad when your stay outside the office door and in the parking lot for almost 2 hours 1 hour with some other people who booked the same hotel and wasted her money back they didn’t even give me on penny back it’s sad I didn’t get any of my $70 dollars and the number one the door doesn’t work the door bell doesn’t work not even the drink machine, and I’ve heard they got beg bug oh heck no I don’t do beg bugs, some anywhere don’t do it , if you do wanna hotel got to clarion inn & suite it’s the best hotel yet

The staff was very friendly. When we checked in and got to our room, there was bed bugs everywhere. Went to the front office and was told they couldn’t do a refund but they would give us another room. The new room also had bed bugs, so we took a loss and left to find a new hotel.
