The rooms were clean they smelled nice the people was very friendly it was a good night stay parking lot was convenient the air conditioner was cold the only thing is they didn't have coffee or cups or shampoo but that's all everything else was excellent the rooms really really smell real good not a musky smell like most motels when you go in this one smell good I even commented to the lady upfront about how the room smells so good

My brother had a room facing the river and it had red splatter on the baseboards, the mini fridge didnt work and “king” bed was more like a full.

For a last minute state I rather drive home tired. Laid my son down, was talking on the phone and a dozen of roaches was coming from behind the bed. Then they said okay we can have someone come up and spray the room. Grossed out to the max!!! Shut it down!

The room was very clean , staff was great . The ac unit was amazing it was so hot outside and that kept our room good and cool. parking was good. My only thing was no soap and shampoo in our room.

It was clean. Even when I turned on all the lights it was still dark. I had trouble putting my makeup on.

The location was really good and convenient to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge, which was a huge plus. They also have free coffee in the lobby, which was nice to grab before heading out in the mornings. If you’re looking for a brand-new, luxury hotel, this probably isn’t it. But if you want an affordable, clean place in a good location and plan on spending most of your time out enjoying Pigeon Forge anyway, it does the job! We would stay again.

This was our first time staying here. Room was recently updated. Had a walk in shower but only one pain of glass and the shower was open. Only complaint other than this was they never came to offer clean towels or clean the room.

Everything was great except, we did have a couple of roaches in our room. Otherwise, if they remedy that situation good budget friendly option.

Air conditioner was off when we got there room was very very hot only had two towles and no toilet paper supposed to be non-smoking but we smelled smoke all weekend

Older property in a great location. Perfect if you just want a clean place to stay.

The room was clean but outdated. The restroom was very nice though. I did kill 3 or 4 roaches in the room.

While the place was nice, certain items in the room did not work like the tv or hairdryer.

On the positive - Clean room and nice comfy beds for the price.Negative- low water pressure in shower, no coffee maker,and no maid service,had to ask for more towels since no maid.
