The absolute best location and cheapest hotel in SP. You are a fie minute walk from the metro and a five minute walk from a very lively night life district. Wake up in the morning with plenty of breakfast options, safe at night and close by metro to all the SP must sees. Yes, it is a spartan hotel, but if you are a backpacker it beats all hostel prices. If you are someone who has outgrown backpacking but still accept no frills accomodations to save reales, this is the place for you. Staff was friendly, place was clean and quiet, just very spartan. Very central in the vila Magdalena area. We got a private room and air con worked great. For what we paid it was a good room. Our room was located out to the street so it was noisy.

The location was good and fair price for the room. The room have a construction infront, so you will stay there while they are making loud noise next to your room. Very inconsiderate.

Staff were showing concern and helpful expecially Lucas, who was helping me in language translation.They are nice people.
