Hotel Sombra e Água Fresca

O hotel é maravilhoso! Te passa a sensação de estar em Bali. A decoração belíssima e os funcionários incríveis. Todos te tratam com extremo cuidado, atenção, cortesia o tempo todo. Nota 1000 para cada um deles!! Pessoas sensacionais! A comida muito boa e uma delícia a tranquilidade no café da manhã e do hotel no geral. Realmente um lugar ótimo para descansar e curtir a natureza. As músicas na piscina também super agradáveis. Ficamos 10 dias e tudo foi extremamente agradável e acolhedor. Super recomendo! Os quartos apesar de serem belíssimos e espaçosos, mas precisam de uma reforma geral, até para sinceramente não perder a proposta que o hotel quer passar. Os armários, por exemplo, antiquíssimos, tem um cheiro muito forte, são super escuros e não estão legais. Os colchões e travesseiros também precisam ser trocados com urgência. Estão muito velhos e precisariam pelo menos ser aspirados frequentemente. Os estofados das cadeiras do restaurante também precisam ser lavados urgentemente. Estão completamente encardidos e isso passa uma má impressão principalmente se tratando de um lugar onde tem comida sendo servida. O carrinho disponível para levar os hóspedes aos quartos é perfeito, mas poderia estender o trajeto até o início da rua principal que leva ao centrinho. Seria ótimo e super conveniente. No geral o hotel é incrível e realmente supera as expectativas, mas como qualquer coisa nessa vida, precisa de manutenção constante, senão realmente se deteriora e aí não tem milagre. E justamente esses detalhes fazem muita diferença na percepção dos hóspedes. As fotos podem ser incríveis, mas vale se atentarem à importância dessa manutenção preventiva e desse cuidado necessário para não perderem hóspedes para os hotéis mais novos ou renovados. Precisam também disponibilizar secadores melhores e mais potentes.

Las instalaciones, la terraza con la pileta y vistas, cercanía a Praia do Amor, la atención del personal y EN ESPECIAL la atención de Laura. Un encanto. En términos generales, el hotel está muy bien. Desayuno bueno. Cerca del centro, y recomendable en la zona. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA CON JUNIOR GOMES. Fuimos con mi pareja de luna de miel y solicité una reserva para cenar y un corazón hecho con pétalos de flores. Me contactaron con Junior, quien en teoría era del hotel. Al hablar con él, me ofreció muchas cosas a las que me negué, pues quería únicamente lo que le había solicitado y me respondió que lo requerido era cortesía del hotel. Claramente aboné adicionalmente un masaje para mi novia, la cena en el restaurante y otros detalles. Luego de la cena (22.30 horas) recibo un mensaje de WhatsApp de Junior pasándome una cuenta bancaria a la que transferirle dinero por su servicio, enterándome allí que en realidad él no era empleado del hotel y que debía abonarle a él (U$D 150) por las tareas realizadas. 150 USD POR UN GLOBO Y UN CORAZON ARMADO CON PETALOS DE FLORES VIEJAS. Un despropósito. Pipa esta construido sobre un risco el hotel también, por lo que los accesos a pie a las instalaciones son empinados y dificultosos. Sin embargo, el hotel cuenta con un carrito a disposición de los huéspedes.

Nice place close to the main attractions beach down town ect The receptionist in generally they are not well trained. For sure it is not 5 ⭐️ hotel what booking say! I give it more like 4 star ⭐️

Pool in the room too small.

The villa was awesome, the variety of pools, the staff, the location. Really great. Everything was great, but it’s expensive for what it offers. Personally, I don’t think a destination like Pipa really justifies this level of pricing for accommodation.

Staff, room, breakfast, and room service all exceptional. I liked everything.

The Hotel restaurant was very bad. We placed the order and it took 1:30 hours for the food to arrive with a bad taste and super salty. We were complaining with the waiter, but the food took too long. It wood be better if the hotel say that they do not serve lunch and dinner. We were not able to eat that food and we sent back to the kitchen without paying.

Everything! The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, especially the restaurant’s. The cleaning was excellent, Erikas work was spotless! Everyone was so helpful and kind, the restaurant’s food was amazing, our room was cozy and comfortable, and the hotel’s view was unbeatable!

Beautiful vies and pools. Extremely difficult walk to and from the beach going down over 100 uneven steps on a cliff. Also a very busy road to get to the main bars/restaurants as there is no pavement for pedestrians and you must compete with cars, motorbikes and bicycles on a narrow road.

This place is an absolute gem. My husband is from Czech Republic and I am American and we have traveled to many beaches across the world including Europe, South America, Central America and Asia. This is one of the most beautiful hotels located right in the middle of some of the most stunning beaches in the world. We cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Location and staff at the restaurant were exceptionally friendly. Despite the name „sombra“ not one lounger with umbrella. Internet and TV not working 2 out of 3 days (as always working on hols for me not acceptable)

Hotel Sombra e Agua Fresca offered a pleasant four-night escape in Pipa. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, with Vicente at the pool bar providing outstanding service. The location is excellent, placing you within walking distance of Praia de Amor and the lively town center, making it easy to explore the surrounding beaches. My apartment, number 3, was located on the hilltop, offering beautiful views near the pool and restaurant. While the hill might be a challenge for some, the hotel's car service was readily available. Access to the gym at Spa Floresta was a valuable perk, and I found the facility to be well-equipped and spacious. The hotel's grounds are meticulously maintained, though some of the furnishings and bedding could use an update to match the overall quality. Breakfast was a highlight, with made-to-order omelets being a particular favorite. However, other menu items were somewhat inconsistent, with the 'misto quente' being the standout. Despite these minor points, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Hotel Sombra e Agua Fresca for its excellent location, friendly staff, and overall pleasant atmosphere.

The location was a dream, nothing like we even seen! Everything was thought out, the staff was beyond helpful and kind. The fresh breeze, very good food, just perfect. Special thanks to koekie and the rest of the staff.

Private and very spacious. Gym was too hot.
