Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Pipa. Gorgeous views, friendly and helpful staff.

Location, cleanliness, decoration and great staff Parking is a bit convoluted due to the very tight streets. You need to leave your car keys at all times so the staff can shift cars around in order for guest to be able to come and go by car. However everything is pretty much at a walking distance from the hotel, except if you want to go sightseeing other beaches farther from downtown Pipa. Also did not like the fact that they don’t allow pets.

I liked every aspect of the property, the lush green landscaping and flowers , all the different seating areas, it’s so beautiful and peaceful and definitely very Zen influence. And above all, the room is absolutely gorgeous with a bathtub and spectacular ocean view, Wow! Staff are ALL so nice, especially Brenner, who went out of his way to help me.

Location is good Too many stairs to reach the beach and although the breakfast is included if you want an espresso they charge for it

+Location +staff ++breakfast +++Also the plants and environment around and inside it just breathtaking + view on to beach Only thing í might want say is í was confused where the road downward to the hotel. It was narrow and same people park their bikes on both sides on the road. It would help have sign at least for new people to the area +parking was free and they parked the car for us and made it ready when leaving Nope

Beautifully decorated , comfortable and cosy room. Nice view to the sea, even though the hotel is located very close to the busy mean street the area of the hotel is quite and private. The breakfast is a la cart, there is no buffer, limited offer.

Perfect location right at the center of Pipa, easy access to nearby beaches and restaurants. Amazing rooms, very comfortable and beautiful facilities, staff very friendly.

Location was perfect. It was close enough for an easy walk into town but far enough that it was a nice quiet section of the beach. Simple but beautiful property and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was nothing I didn't like, but if I were to make recommendations I would say the beds could be a little more comfortable and more power points for charging phone/computer etc.
