We had a room with a great sea view, balcony and hammock, the staff were great and the breakfast excellent. The location was also great! The main issue was the noisy bars and clubs around the bedroom and the lack of sound proof windows. It was a bit of a nightmare to rest: Friday 3 am, Saturday 5 am and Monday 2 am. That really spoilt the experience even when changing the room and should be clear at the place’s advertisement: room only for young people.

The property is located in the busiest place of Pipa and the rooms have VERY poor accustic isolation, so it's almost impossible to have a decent night of sleep. Parking is not in the property, so we have to hand car keys to an employee and wait for the car. They are renovating the facilities so there was a lot of dust in the common areas. Breakfast could improve.

Location is perfect. No need for cars or taxi whatsoever. The staff is super nice. Rooms are fairly silent given the fact that this hotel is pretty close to the village core and attractions. Internet didn’t work in our room. We needed to report it 4 times before we moved to another room. Coffee was burnt. we mentioned it to the staff but they didnt do anything about it.
