The pool was good, staff was nice and breakfast was great. The rooms were a little noisy. We could hear the neighbours who were watching TV, probably very loud, till 2 o clock in the night. We also heard music from outside sometimes in the morning.

Beautifully kept grounds with palm trees and shrubs. Very pleasant annex building for breakfast surrounded by trees, plants, monkeys and a couple of friendly cats! We had a problem with our toilet which was fixed immediately and the maid who cleaned our room was excellent! This place could be amazing with a bit more care and attention to detail. The swimming pool could be very inviting but was murky and had leaves floating on the water. The restaurant building was empty in the evening which is a great opportunity missed for the owners of this property. We went in for drinks one evening but nobody attended to us so we walked out. I sensed that the bar staff in particular, just showed up for work but largely kept themselves hidden so they wouldn’t have to serve anyone! There were 3 bottles of still water in the fridge in our room which we assumed were complimentary. They were not but this was not made clear and we were charged 20R! Not impressed! It’s a beautiful location and potentially a great place although the phrase “all looks and no substance” currently springs to mind. We wouldn’t stay here again, simply because of the poor front of house experience.

it’s beautiful, quiet and some of the staff is very polite. it’s right by love beach and city center… 5 to 10 minutes walk the most. I had no wifi connection in my room at all. I had to burn all my data. If you have to work ( like I did) from there make sure you have your own internet. The pool was dirty. I went in and there were particles of dirt floating.
