The receptionist was weirdly soft-spoken and unwilling to say much about the hotel amenities. The air conditioning in the room did not work, the bathroom had no shower head for some reason and was not well maintained, and none of the rooms had good sound insulation so you could hear everything from outside AND other rooms.

The room, the water to receive the guests! The connection with public transport! A lot of noise, guests moving beds in the night, loud screams. People that work in the reception should know that they work with other people and to be nice its part of their job! It is hard to get a smile...if you get it! Maybe they are overworked!!!! The dark atmosphere in the reception is not welcoming!

We love hotel carol having stayed a couple of times before, it is in a really convenient location and the style of the suites are really cool - makes a change for us to stay somewhere quirky and with a reasonable price for a spa bath in the room. We were on the 4th floor and with high winds unfortunately the noise level from the windows were ungodly, despite them being closed. We also found the fridge extremely noisy throughout the night, with it making intermittent loud sounds that would wake us up. We didn’t have much time as we stayed just one night this time so didn’t want to hassle with changing rooms (we already did so once to change from a double room to a suite for the spa bath) so didn’t have a chance to discuss directly with the hotel, but the noise level was considerably higher than our previous summer stays here.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this hotel was, given that it is only 2 star and reasonably priced. The location is excellent too. A nice little marina in front of it with a couple of tabernas. it was only a 20 minute walk to a nearby beach which had a nice beach bar.

cheap and good location. the room was pretty clean, but there is no non smoking room. safe location. it is like a hook up location with prostitutes. you can hear fake moaning of many woman

Great for an overnight stay if you’re waiting to get to the port. Would not stay here any longer than that Smell of smoke the whole way through, even in the room. We turned on AC and had the worst smell of smoke ever we had to turn it off.

We stayed here due to going to the football, Olympiacos is a 10 minute walk to the stadium and a 20 minute walk to Piraeus port The receptionist didn't make clear the process for breakfast
