Faros 1 Hotel

Great staff and food. Conveniently located. Clean.

The location is convenient with easy walking distance to Terminal A port. There are a couple of nearby restaurants to find quick food. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t equipped with proper bedding given the temperature. A blanket was too much as a cover in an air conditioned room but a blank sheet of cloth was too little. It wasn’t a comfortable night.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Affordable room and breakfast. We could walk to the cruise port. Bed was a little hard.

The property was absolutely wonderful, and the location was excellent. The hosts were super kind and attentive. The 2 terraces were a lovely bonus! The bathroom and water heater need an upgrade/refresh.

Close to the port—we were able to walk there easily Street noise

Didn’t feel safe. Had a strange interaction just outside the hotel with a very bloody man.

Bare bones but perfectly adequate for a one night stay before catching my cruise. AND the price was right!! Bare bones but everything was right!! Breakfast was nice! If I hadn’t been so tired, I could have explored the area… there was a dazzling church right around the corner and I missed that!

The room was clean, shower was a good size with a door that closed, air conditioning worked quickly I didn't really stay in the room much so I don't have much to say. I didn't experience any problems.

Most everything Faros 1 was very good as was Faros 2, however the lady on duty daytime at Faros 2 on the 23rd could have been more diplomatic rather than accosting us about not leaving the room soon enough. What happened was that we had a booking for two nights, we didn't notice that one night was at Faros 2, then the second night was at Faros 1 consequently after arriving back at Faros 2 about 12:30 after a morning scroll she got annoyed very quickly before attempting to clear the matter up, and didn't want to listen when I tried to explain about the two nights we had arranged for. The lady on evening shift the night previous (the one with the rings in her nose) was much nicer and easier to talk to.

Rooms were clean, Staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Food was great, the yogurt with cherries was our favorite! No complaints

This is a very convenient hotel for catching the ferry from Gate 9. It is exceptionally clean & the staff are efficient & friendly. I have used it many times in the past & will continue to do so when passing through Piraeus. The breakfast is substantial & good value. Unfortunately it was quite noisy in the street below, traffic, rubbish clearance noises.
