Reviews

Location is good, rooms were large and comfortable, breakfast was nice. The property is starting to show its age
-
Close to the cruise port. The hotel is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful
-
Not a 5 stars hotel, with tabacco smell everywhere.

The room

The hotel is very great located to the port (walking distance with stroller). For a short stay it's durable. The room is very old and outdated, the toilet flush extremely loud and the bathroom is very old. The AC did not do much. Breakfast was alright, but underwhelming.

Location was very central for Peiraus Internet was so slow that it was impossible to use Breakfast was very disappointing for a 5 star hotel The hotel in general feels very neglected, the furniture is very old and the premises need a good renovation touch (chairs a little bit broken, lights flickering in the restaurant, the drawers used to have a push button to open which doesn't work, the gym has no windows for some fresh air, the list can go on). It doesn't meet the standards of someone booking a 5 star hotel

Nothing, I asked if they had any non smoking rooms and the manager denied that a male in the staff room had been smoking. Nothing, two men at the front desk didn’t even bother to help us with our luggage. Pool out of order since March 2026 it’s the end of May. Picture on the website doesn’t match what you walk into.

Breakfast to late for the 7.30 ferry

The shower was a bit awkward. But it got the job done.
-
It is a dated hotel
-
The lobby was clean and the night auditor was friendly. I am happy with the place. It’s close to items that we needed that day.
-
Large room, great staff, lovely breakfast & restaurant
-
The rooms and property were clean and and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good also and location was excellent. The mattresses were extremely hard and I had horrible pain in back and hips all night. They need to get softer mattresses
-
All of the above will recommend this hotel
-
the sound isolation is not so good. I was waken up by next door or outside noise.
-
Location No chair for us to sit, we had to use the bed and a bench, no working desk King size bed was two beds with a very uncomfortable middle section that you had a hard time sleeping
-
i liked the breakfast, quality of the food and drinks, also room are quiet at night, calm atmosphere location of the hotel. some streets around are scary
-
Parking issues due to elevator malfunction throughout the stay. Staff was helpful.
-
good bed hard
-
The location the breakfast. The burnt led light in the bathroom and the two single beds that made a double one.
