Location - not far from metro so can go places easily and cheaply. Staff - extra helpful. Location - close to BIG supermarket, and can go walking around. Breakfast - I wouldn't pay to have it if I had option. Location - If going on island ferries its close, but also so close that taxis dont like to pickup and drop off since fare is not much. But hotel has pickup and dropoff service. Location - is not great for food or tourist things

Modern decor and design. Excellent location. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Complimentary ride to the port was so appreciated! The front desk also recommended places to eat. Belle Amie a nearby restaurant was an amazing recommendation for drinks or dinner. Area felt very safe and walkable.

Very quiet, clean room, and comfy bed. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Very organized with shuttle service to the cruise terminals. Great location with several restaurants within walking distance and the waterfront marina 2 short blocks away.

Amazing service. I booked a room for our housemaid who got lost on her way there and the hotel got in touch to locate her and send a taxi to pick her up covering the cost. Super customer oriented staff and willing to go the extra mile. The definition of hospitality - keep it up!

Location, shuttle service to the port Room was incredibly small. The foyer outside the room was uncomfortably hot due to the sun-facing window.

This hotel is great value for money in a convenient location near the port. The staff were really helpful. Perfect place to stay before heading out to the islands.
