Hotel Galilei

The booking itself was very easy and straightforward. My flight was delayed, and Elena stayed on the property until I arrived and received my room key and parking card. She also took the time to give me a tour of the property. The hotel itself was excellently maintained and well-appointed. My room was very comfortable. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants and shops. The view of the marina wonderful. Would definitely stay there again. Nothing comes to mind. Everything was exactly as described, no surprises or disappointments.

I left a black suit on my only night spent here and I know exactly where I left it. I came 200 km back for it, for them to say that they found nothing in my room. Somebody from here stole my suit. They also did not call me in time to tell me that there is no coat, just that they will be looking for it.

Very close to the airport. The food at the restaurant was actually decent. The noise was pretty bad. It is what it is being so close to the airport.

Friendly staff & went out of way to sort a taxi as booked one never showed up to get to airport for a pick up to take to Monte Oliveto Monastery that would have cost 400-500 plus euros to get to my destination by taxi if I had missed connecting pick up causing stress. Nothing It’s not 4stars hotel, everything is broken and looks misplaced.

all OK but just ok no choice restaurant on our visit only set boring menu, no gluten free . no tea kettle in room

Close to airport. 24 hour check in. Super nice check in agent. Too much noise. Traffic, train, people. Huge crack in window from one side to the other. Light coming in from poorly fitted curtains. Thought the window was open there was so much noise but maybe it was just the big crack?

Free parking, good location. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a positive first impression. However, the breakfast staff appeared less approachable, making me feel somewhat unwelcome during meals. The room lacked essential amenities like a kettle, coffee maker, tea bags, and even complimentary bottled water. Additionally, the room was uncomfortably cold, and the heater was not working properly.

Clean room. Very dated and quite expensive for what it is.

Location near the airport and the staff Water sound , early in the morning disrupting sleep in room 438 and considering the standard of the hotel it is quite expensive
