B&B Toscana

Owner waited for our arrival to hand over the keys and told us breakfast available in the morning until 10 am. The lady on the second day morning was friendly but didn’t know English at all! We wish there is someone available at the reception to ask questions on transportations, such as taxi, bus etc,especially as a first time visitors. Iron box was not available. Unit was on the second floor. Ac was not available on the small room which made it difficult for kids. Bunk bed was shaky and made noise, middle of the night kids got off scared.

The staff are so friendly, kind and cute. The room was so clean and tidy. We loved. Nothing bad, all perfect

The host was absolutely amazing, helped use get a taxi and kept our luggage after check out so we could enjoy the city for the day I loved everything

Terrible communication ans booking.com changed the Hotel when booking.

I was very comfortable and access on/off property very convenient. I was there for 2 nights. Breakfast was nice. No complaints.

We were told this B&B was fairly close (10 minute walk) from the train station. It was not! More like 20 minutes.

The room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was a 20 minute walk to the pisa centrale train station and 30 minute walk to pisa airport. The staff did not speak any English. We had no drawers, shelves or wardrobe to store our belongings. 30 minute walk to restaurants. 45 minute walk to centre of pisa (leaning tower). Breakfast was poor. No fresh towels replenished during our stay. We were asked to pay the tourist tax when we were leaving when we had already paid on arrival. Outside garden area was a mess. Coffee and tea in room but no water or milk.

- we loved breakfasts and the lady serving it was super helpful and nice <3 - the room and bathroom was cleaned everyday and we got new towels every 3 days - there was no problem with late check-in - we got a video instruction how to get in - we could use a parking with an extra charge so our car was safe ;) - we could leave our luggage for free even after check-out so that we could fully use our last day in Pisa

Location is good. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and comfortable.

There was an option for a late check-in. A lady came and explained how to use the keys and access the BnB. There was a slight language barrier when communicating in English, but we managed. The breakfast was quite simple but sufficient for one day – it wasn’t boring. As a vegetarian, I didn’t have many options, but it was acceptable. The staff was very polite overall. The lady in the kitchen, who made a very good cup of coffee, was extremely kind and made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable. There was a kettle with a selection of teas available in the room, as well as a TV, although I didn’t use it. There was also a small fridge, which I didn’t need either. Outside, there was a coffee machine with coffee available, so if someone wanted to make themselves a cup, it was easily accessible. It was a 30-minute walk from the airport and another 30-minute walk to the Leaning Tower, making it quite accessible with a pleasant stroll. The only downside was that the bed was quite soft, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on, but it was manageable for one night. Overall, it’s a very pleasant place for a solo traveler, with friendly communication from both the owner and the staff. Perfect for a short stay!

Nothing really. Maybe the bed. It smelled nice so it appeared clean Here is a list: - There was nobody at the property. I had to wait because they had no staff. Had to message on booking to get someone - I’ve booked a room with a large bed. They tried to put me in a room with a single bed (1st picture) and a bathroom across the corridor. I had the description and pictures of the room I’ve booked and they then put me there - because they have no staff the other guest were partying until 1am on the first day. There isn’t anyone in to call - I’ve booked a room with breakfast and they didn’t have one. The owner claimed the kitchen was being redone. Why wasn’t I told to then cancel my booking and book another place? The owner gave me 10 Euros in cash as a compensation for the trouble! As if £5 a day gets me a proper breakfast anywhere in Pisa - I only had hot water when I arrived. After that nothing. I had to shower in the cold water because they had nothing working - they don’t make the rooms between days. - minor issue because I don’t care about TVs but others might. The “flat screen tv is a 15 inch monitor or something. Ridiculous - lady that came to let me in spoke no English at all - there was nobody for me to check out. I message saying I was going to leave the key on the door. No answer.
