I wolud like to have a small cooking machine and little bet more cofee.

It had a lovely courtyard with comfortable chairs and tables to use. It would have been helpful to have the check-in process written within at least an hour of arrival. We had to wait quite a while then phone.

The property was really nice and cozy, enjoyed my morning coffee in the garden That there were no mosquito nets on the window

You need to pay 10€ for air condition, if you don’t, you will probably spend the night awake fighting with mosquitos :/ breakfast is everything but breakfast

The bus stop for bus No.5 was right in front of the villa gate. It is only 15 mins walk to the airport or Pisa central train station. The room feels like an apartment rather than a hotel room with tons of plates glasses and cups for a real size kitchen. The marble floor feels nice and cool during summer time. The coffee machine was not working unfortunately.

The shower was very dirty and the bedding and the pillows smelled moldy. It was not a pleasant stay at all.

The staff were very helpful. There were only sweet things for breakfast. Some plain croissants would have been nice. There was only coffee, no tea. The bed needs a new mattress, I think! There was a dip in the middle.

Excellent friendly hosts. Charming character villa with great individual features, original art and murals. Comfortable beds and nice and clean throughout. There was a full range of facilities and generous continental breakfast. Added bonus of a shuttle service from the airport. Very impressive and a great price. Would happily stay again when next in Pisa. Thanks again! No comments.

Never met a soul, but everyone I talked to on the phone very helpful and kind. Pisa is a small town so would be nice to have met someone to get recommendations etc. but they provided everything they promised. Would stay again.

breakfast in a pack location. near station they told 400m it was 800m. and entrance trouble garden not clean and no light in the evening design esthetic

Lovely Pizza restaurant a few minutes away The shower was difficult to balance the temperature This was Booking .com, it didn't seem easy to book breakfast, so we thought it was included, but it wasn't

Close to the airport No one was there to check us in. They didn’t provide bedding for the second bed. Very basic accommodation

We were greeted by a teenager after waiting outside for 5 minutes. He was shirtless and didn't know about our stay. The fridge was dirty and smelled bad. The book says there is a garage, but we need to book and pay €10 to leave the car inside. If we use the air conditioning, we have to pay €10. None of this was said at the time of booking. The name says breakfast so we can be led to believe that there is breakfast, but there isn't.

Large ensuite room in a gorgeous old Liberty Villa. We had everything we needed. Great location for the airport and walking distance to Pisa Centrale station. Fantastic Pizza restaurant on the street that do sit in or takeaways. nothing

Lovely big room. The decor was stunning. We only had one night because we were flying home early. Easy to walk to station for shuttle to airport. But very comfortable A bit mean with the coffee. Could only have one.
