I didn’t stayed, so it’s unfair to publish my review on property, My review is regarding booking, I have requested multiple times that I did accidental booking and within one minute I contacted both hotels.con and property but none of them helped.

Believe the previous reviews!!! We went to see a Red Sox versus Pirates baseball game. Hotels we had previously stayed at for a reasonable rate were going for $450.00 upwards a night. I found a rate for $250.00 which still seemed high but was cheap under the circumstances. Unfortunataely the reviews were poor to say the least. My wife said that she had stayed at Wyndham resorts before and that it would be fine. We arrived at 3:30 A.M. as we were coming from a concert in Buffalo New York. There were three people in the parking lot of extreme dubious characters trying to load a scooter into a car. There were three people drinking near the entrance who also seemed on other substances. The curtains were so stained my wife wouldn't touch them. My dream/nightmare was of bed bugs. We left the next day at 10:30 AM and purposely chose not to come back to the room until the end of our game. We arrived at 11:45 PM only to see three people drinking and probably on other substances right outside the eneterncce of the hotle. As we approached our room the side door near our room was proped open. We closed it and could hear people trying to get in. It was so bad my wife immediately had all of our items that were washable washed and the others fumigated in the outdoor air. I am 56 and am pretty laid back, this is only the second negative review I can ever remember giving any establishment. If you value your safety, stay away!!!

It was close to where we were going There was blood on a "clean" towel on the rack in the bathroom. The hair dryer did not work and after I looked the plug was burnt and had just been unplugged. The breakfast that was advertised was just a brown bag with yogurt, and fruit, this should have been advertised as a to-go breakfast.

I would like if someone can take an ownership and maintain it good or just demolish the entire building. This is more interesting. 1. As soon as we entered the room it was full of smoking (cigarette’s smell) 2. There was some left over food in the fridge which was stinking and the trash wasn’t cleaned. 3. There is a TV and remote but none of them work. When I called the help desk to come and check he showed up @ 10:30pm. He said he will check with maintenance team (not sure to replace a TV or remote) 4. We were 3 (wife, daughter and myself) staying in the room and there was only 1 towel in the restroom and that too it was smelling terrible. 5. Checked with the Helpdesk if there are any other rooms (for Aug 15th - 16th, 2026) available so that we can change and he responded that he want to check with the owner and the owner would be back on Aug 17th. 6. Complementary breakfast was 2 small muffins and 1 small yogurt (forgot to check the expiry date). 7. For the above all, I did pay $250 for 1 night stay. Booking.com please delete or block such hotels so that people don’t spend their money on these nasty and disaster hotels.

It was a pretty ordinary hotel, but everything was exactly what I needed. Reasonable price, nice bed, AC, free parking, and even a little bagged breakfast. The location is on a really busy road and the back of it looks out onto some other buildings, so not beautiful, but definitely enough, especially for a single traveler.

The shower was incredibly difficult to to turn on, and frequently went cold during the duration of the shower, making it less than ideal. i was in that hotel for 6 nights, and NEVER, not once did i get ANY housekeeping services. I had requested housekeeping several times to the people working the front desk. The only way i received new towels, was to go to the front desk and ask for fresh ones myself.

The rooms were horrible . I think we were on a basement with no windows & the service sucks . I actually had 2 different rooms 2 different days and I would never stay there again . When we asked could we get our room changed they told us no that was all they had. Never book this hotel
