Hotel Piwniczna SPA&Conference is located on the picturesque bank of the River Poprad. This 4-star hotel features an on-site spa, in which guests can use the swimming pools, the saunas and the hot tubs for free. Free WiFi is also provided. Amazing Stay. The hotel is family and per friendly. The swimming pool is perfect for kids. They even have special hours for the kids to use saunas. The food was amazing as well. We loved our stay :)

Staff very helpful and understanding. Helped with any difficulties and offered help with carrying stroller as there is no ramp to front entrance. Great place by the river, beautiful views. It is a very quiet place, but you should be aware of train track behind the hotel.

Location, area, rooms, view! Prices on booking were x1.5 higher comparing to hotel website. I haven't recognized this first, but it was too late to rebook :( Hotel itself was great!

The location was good. We had river view and it was exceptional. Breakfast was good. SPA sessions was amazing. Our room was hot all the time since the connection for hot air was passing by our room walls and no way to control the heat.

The front of Hotel Piwniczna is facing a beautiful river, and everything seems quiet there.. The rear rooms of the hotel are facing an active railway track and a house with two guarding dogs only 50 meters away. We had the bad luck staying in one of the back rooms, so sleeping was nearly impossible. The railway is even busy at nighttime, and when the night trains are passing the hotel, the train whistles hard to avoid animals on the tracks .. So every hour or so, you are awake by a train, but the biggest problem are the guarding dogs from the neighbors..the dogs are barking continuously all night long, they just stop in the morning at dawn.. So after 5 nights, we didn’t sleep at all, and we almost had a nervous breakdown. The breakfast is good, if you arrive early, when you come later, everything is empty and there is no refill .. only scrambled eggs .. Same problem with dinner, you need to pay in advance, but if you are a later guest, all the food is gone.. The staff is trying to do there best, but we think the management is the real problem here. While checking out we where confronted whit a higher bill, so we had to explain that we did not wanted to pay extra costs we didn’t make at all.
