It’s cleanliness and proximity to the sea and the promenade. Also, the access to a kitchen with a washing machine. WiFi was available as well as a large Smart TV. There was construction going on 2 doors down, which is great for the revitalization of Pizzo but, not relaxing for tourists. We were there in the off season so, hopefully it will be completed by the summer.

The WiFi was terrible - could not get any reception past the door so can’t lounge on the deck and was also spotty in the bedroom

We loved everything about the property! The location, the view, the outside terrace was a nice place for breakfast. A very nice restaurant about a three minute walking distance. Main center was less than 10 minutes walking. The young woman who checked us in was super helpful! Using Google maps and driving down was a little precarious but driving out was much easier. Our family had a quick easy walk from the train station. Once there we just park the car and walk everywhere! So beautiful!

Very polite host, short walk to restaurants, and proximity to the beach. Privacy between apartments/rooms is limited, as you walk in front of another apartment door/window and share the terrace.

Just wow ! Everything was more than perfect, a beautiful room, comfortable bed, enormous shower with lots of hot water... and then there is the location, just in front of the beach. We could even park in the shade. I can't imagine finding a better place in Pizzo. We'll be back!

Very nice apartment exactly as pictured, walking distance from shops & restaurants, with sea across the road. Friendly host and good communication. Having parking was great and a bottle of wine awaited us as welcome gift! Nothing

Excellent location. Pizzo marina as well as main town square are reachable by walking. Room was clean and tidy (would not expecting anything else). The owner gave some tips regarding dinner (Restaurant Chilli pepper was excellent!). Driving and parking can be challenging on narrow streets.

The location is fantastic just across the road from the beach and only a few minutes to restaurants and the old town, and very quiet. The studio is beautifully presented with everything we needed for a lovely stay, with private parking out front, a comfortable sofa and well equipped kitchenette. Beautiful sunset from the beach across the road a lovely bonus! The only small negative was the bed was a bit hard and not very comfortable but we have found that is common in most Italian accomodation so seems to be a difference in preference relative to Australia.

Location near a private beach and short walk to a few cafe choices. Room was clean and spacious. There was only 1 small window to the room so no real natural light or ventilation. Shower filled with water and didn’t drain away.
