Serenade Hotel

Good location, very near bus stop and water taxi. Close walk to beach. Nice and comfortable room. Breakfast restaurant very nearby.

Room was much smaller than anticipated for a 3 bed unit. Everything was very cramped into a small space. Room was too close to neighboring residence and the noise was an issue at times

Proximity to the beach, the middle of town, was great. The bathroom was weird, the shower stall had no door or partition.

I totally enjoyed how near I was staying to all the best places to visit. Hotel was clean and safe The only thing that irked me was the smell of sargassum

The location was excellent. The mosquitoes in the room were awful, this is due to the type of slat windows that mosquitoes can get through. The noise was quite bad as well due to our room being located on the ground floor where the footfall was and again the window kept out no noise.

The picture that booking.cm has is not the place when we stayed there, place is white now and was u see renovations. Got a room in the back , no dresser no tv , I was not the picture that was shown, breakfast room was close and the patio have work debris in it, scaffolding planks and such There was nobody around d to vent our frustration to, . Everything was disorganized, construction debris everywhere.

Location was great, good lighting, and clean. No fridge, no maid service, no outdoor seating furniture, very noisy at night and at 6am. The beds were NOT comfortable at all. Slamming of doors and kids running around screaming. Would have been nice to have a daily towel service.

The location was great and the value was comparatively good. Staff was grumpy when I checked in, and while they had told us construction was happening between 10 and 5 pm, but we were awakened by saws and loud powerwashing before 8 am that continued until we left at 10. Property was clean but very sparse.

Location good. Room was comfortable. Check in good. Exterior work shut down the 2nd story deck so I couldn't use it. Sometimes had to dodge construction activities to enter or exit my room. WiFi quality was poor. Air conditioner didn't work. There were ants in the bathroom.

It is in a great location middle of the village right near beach Construction going on which really did not bother us they are working on fixing it up . It could use better secured doors and maybe some outside chairs to sit in.

friendly staff and family oriented

Easy to get to. Centrally located. Noisy construction was going on all day Friday and all day Saturday right outside my room. Also, there were no chairs on the balcony to sit outside.

Location was great - located right on the city long sidewalk and steps from the beach. wifi was not good in our room but fine if we went out to the front deck (only problem was that the bugs were bad!)

This was my third time here and was very happy with the new renovations to the room It’s close to everything I need

I was very close to the beach was able to sit out the night before I left and enjoyed the water I wish they had a small coffee pot for hot water in the morning

Exceptional

Location is everything. Smack central of everything and right across the street from the boat drop off I would have liked the room to be refreshed daily. With the sand tracking in daily. And getting new towels at least after the second day but it was written in a request sheet they do after 3 day stays and we were only there 3 days

Perfect location, by the sea, on the main walkway that takes you around placencia front where all the shops and bars / restaurants are. The property is clean, fresh and perfect size for your stay. The lady who was working on site possibly the owner was lovely! Really nice lady. Nothing at all, it was perfect
