Baymont by Wyndham Plainfield/ Indianapolis Arpt Area

Needs a good update. Also, noticed a used nicotine pouch on the floor, in the hallway in front of our room. It was there all weekend.

Amazing staff. Super accommodating. Amazing host! Great location for privacy and short drives to the city center. Must repeat.

We arrived at around 7pm to find out our reservation was canceled. The clerk said she tried to call me thru the app because my card had been locked due to a fraudulent charge. We had a new card. We were to pay at hotel so i dont see a problem. My phone does not show messages or calls from Expedia. They were fully booked so we had to quickly find a room elsewhere. I will not make a reservation here again.

Room 325…..The microwave was damaged so we couldn’t use it. The walls had different colored splatters on them, which made it look like a crime scene had occurred. It took me a hour to clean the bathroom, vacuum, and wipe down everything because the room was filthy. The ceiling of the room had a horrible patch job done on it. We were on the 3rd floor so I know the place needs a new roof. The mattress cover on the bed had stains on it. We got the last available room so we couldn’t switch rooms. We will never stay at a Baymont hotel ever again.

Staff were helpful and professional

Pool and hot tub were clean and kids had a blast. Glad they stayed open later than average. Staff was cordial. Room was clean, pillows on the smaller size but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a good staple continent. Great they left the coffee out past breakfast servings. Ample parking as well.

We tried 3 different rooms on the first floor and the carpet was wet in every single room. It smelled like wet dog, moldy. However the front desk staff did her best to try to find us a room that was not that way. We had no luck. We got a refund between hotels.com & the hotel. Hopefully they address the issue causing the wet floors!

Excellent breakfast. Close to airport and easy access to downtown Indy. Plenty of parking and a park and fly option is available. Na

This was my 1st and last stay at a Baymont. The room smelled. We had to get an air freshener. The shower was dirty and the bathroom was unkept. I had booked the room for two nights which was a mistake. Paint would go a long way.

Had a very quick overnight and the room was clean but the overall feel was more like a motel than a hotel.

Good location You had to request any house keeping services, the bathroom was very dated and felt dirty.

Great place for short stay. Granddaughter enjoyed the pool! I enjoyed the hot breakfast options! Close to shopping and food. Staff was exceptional. I left my Apple Watch on check out and they shipped it to me. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was good l. We stayed one night. Didn’t have any complaints!

For a non- smoking room, it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was clean for a old building but could use repairs.

Awesome stay

Clean hotel with included breakfast! Wifi was extremely spotty, disconnecting every few minutes. Also the refillable shampoo and lotion bottles were in the bathroom but were empty.
