Baymont by Wyndham Plainfield/ Indianapolis Arpt Area

My room had a deep musty smell, also the rooms toilet was very loose. Breakfast was just okay, not at Holiday Inn Express levels.

Room was clean and updated. The closet seemed to be an add on that wasn’t finished well as the motion sensor light inside of it would go on whenever we walked by. In the middle of the night that was an issue when the bathroom was used as the light poured out through tue gaps. The outside door to rhe parking lot at one end of the hotel didn’t close all the way. Same with the door at the top of the third floor stairs. This door is the one the key card was used on. Unsafe as anyone could get in if the door wasn’t pulled shut hard. Overall though- a good hotel overall and it met our needs. Just need to fix that door at the 3rd floor for security purposes.

The hotel is even nicer in person than the pictures. Super clean, amazing staff and super comfortable beds. I was extremely impressed

While its not a hotel with a modern/contemporary decor it's been well maintained for its age. The aesthetic will bring back nostalgic family vacation memories. The hot breakfast was quite tasty and convenient for folks needing to power up before a full day of moving kid into dorm apartment. Staff was friendly, helpful and polite.

The property is in a good location with plenty of parking. It’s right next to a nice little brewery. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Airport shuttle

They had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion that smelled amazing and made my hair super soft, which was perfect because I forgot my shower stuff. It was really quiet except for some neighbors knocking on their door a few times, but that’s normal. I’d definitely stay here again.

Everything! There was not a thing I didn't like!

The people who work there were friendly and very gracious to our needs. They allowed us to stay in room later while we waited for car rental to come get us. Lady at desk seemed generally concerned when we came down and waited quite a while to be picked up.

The handicapped room was dirty smelled like somebody puked on the carpet. The front desk was fantastic they did check me in no problems very helpful .

Room smelled like smoke they moved me and so did the next one maybe needs deep cleaning headboards etc.

Our room was spotless. Smelled clean, looked clean and the hotel was also the same way. Clean!

I am very disappointed with my recent stay. Prior to my arrival, I requested via Expedia chat accessible rooms suitable for elderly guests and those with disabilities. Upon check-in, the staff claimed they had received no such notification, which caused significant inconvenience for my companions. Furthermore, the room was not up to standard: the extra (folding) bed I requested was extremely uncomfortable due to protruding springs, the bathroom contained a dead cockroach, and some towels were unclean, featuring visible strands of hair. I expected a much higher level of service and cleanliness.

They had an indoor swimming pool, but it was chilly. Nice hot tub. Rooms were spacious and the hallway was designed for multiple families to gather

Besides that, breakfast was good and staff is friendly.
