Springhill Suites Dallas Plano/Frisco

The sofa pull-out bed was also extremely uncomfortable. The springs were sticking through the mattress and actually poked my daughter in the back, making it very difficult for her to sleep. The staff was nice enough to offer us another room, and I appreciate that. However, by that point, some of our group of five were already asleep, so it would have been extremely difficult to pack everything up and move everyone to another room. I appreciate the staff trying to help, but overall, these issues made our stay much less comfortable than we expected.

The hotel and staff were great. Our air conditioning unit stopped cooling the room. I called to the front desk and they immediately apologized and switched us to a new room.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. I love when I arrive and everything is clean and smell good. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet when I checked in. I told her I was a bit dizzy- she made sure I knew where the water was located. I appreciated that.

This is a great hotel in a wonderful neighborhood. Breakfast was included and good with lots of options. Our only complaint was that the pool water was cold therefore we sadly did not use the pool.

The best I’ve ever stay

It was exactly what you expect from a well-maintained and managed Marriott property. Zero uniqueness.

Only one person working front desk and was not there, no sign saying be back or stepped away. No bell to push for service, finally found someone at the bar that went looking for clerk. Finally checked in. Only one working elevator and very crowded. Elevator would stop at a floor multiple times with no one waiting.

Pool was being services, so it was empty. Poor landscaping smelled like cat piss. Breakfast was very nice. Coffee was a bit rough. Lots of walkable places nearby.
