Geraniotis Hotel and Resort

The property is very well located. We had a great stay. I feel like the place was missing a little kids corner at the restaurant so the kids can play whilst parents finish their meal. The gym also needs updating as the equipment is quite dated!

Friendly and warm

I like the rooms modern and very comfortable and a small kitchen. Private pool with patio was amazing. Loved the restaurant, great selection and variety. Staff is very nice. I am very thankful we were able to stay on the resort for a few hours after checking out. Terribly beach with deep water at the shore and rocks. Water was not clear. Had to rent a car and drive every day to another beach for swimming which was very inconvenient and tiring. Lap pool was dirty so we couldn’t use it evening time when needed to swim laps. We asked for very quiet location room but Our room was provided to us next to very loud road so I couldn’t sleep the entire stay due to severely loud noice of motorcycles and cars. Not relaxing at all.

For the 4 stars hotel towels should be provided on the pool. Also charging the sunbeds on hotel beach is something what should be changed. No kids activities or any sort of kids club.

Great hotel for families… the staff was so nice to my 2 years old naughty toddler… thank you for everything The private sea is a little difficult to swim but the hotel has fantastic pools that solve the problem

Only wish have more evening entertainment, Friday and Saturday didn’t have any while we were staying.

Fantastic breakfast, great environment

It’s on the level for those with mobility problems. The breakfast very good. The swimming pools are too deep for non swimmers.

Location Pool Exterior area The apartment was very old. We rent a room with see view and they give us an old apartment.

The location is amazing, immediately on top of the beach. The staff was really friendly and also understanding and helped with any issues. Breakfast was great. Common grounds were all really good (pool, breakfast/lunch/dinner hall, pool bar, etc) The room was a bit dated. Also a lot of light came in through the front door because of the emergency light outside. The water exit in the bathroom was broken and emptying of the bath was therefore really slow. However really great from the staff who immediately acted on both issues as soon as we notified them.

Privacy, professional and polite staff, full range of facilities and amenities, proximity to the sea (on the beach). The buildings are 2-storey and fully incorporated in the natural surroundings, well designed, modern and very well equipped in the rooms. The pool bar could have a better level (more variety) of snacks.

Exceptional

Excellent breakfast with great variety of delicious goods including fresh vegetables and local products ! Very clean ! Very friendly staff always there to help !very beautiful pools and gardens to walk by and relax ! Very nice overall! The inside of the rooms is a bit more traditional than the outside…We had booked a double bed, though we had a double bed with two separate mattresses which was a bit inconvenient. Plus the room was quite big but with only one ac which was unable to cool the whole place.. everything else was fine!

Pools amazing, variety of food everyday, exceptional pizza ??, safe , amazing views, very central and close to all amenities, amazing friendly staff, view from room overlooking the beach fantastic, comfortable bed , welcoming staff and very helpful, variety of cocktails for all inclusive The bathroom was slightly small , the room with breath taking views but slightly old fashioned but it was equipped with all amenities so nothing to complain , no lift but the hotel has only 2 floors

Great position: on the beach, next to bus stop, Lidl, restaurants Facilities: a variety of activities within the resort like pools, playground and in the nearby. The food: we had only breakfast, the same everyday. Good coffee allthough, available at breakfast. No coffee in the room, just the machine. No minibar, the prices at the bar are quite high. The towels need to be replaced, they are verry used and so it is the landry. The furniture needs refurbishment.
