Kosmoplaz Beach Hotel

first of all the stuff was nice! Thanks to Haris for changing the room and giving some compliments. I’ve booked a standard room and there was no window as well as it was very small (but on the pictures standard room was great), so Haris changed it and gave as a room we truly booked. Also the stuff always was ready to help with luggage and sun umbrellas the second great thing is the location - it was like 15 min by walk from Scorpios and 15 min by car from the old town the accommodation was clean, compact and the price was great of course I didn’t like the fact I booked a good room but was given a room which was like a closet the assortment of food for breakfast was small. Sometimes this food was finished so I didn’t know what to eat there was no accurate information about the beach so as it turned out the beach was private and paid and also be ready for non-standard toilet which doesn’t have a separate room and door, so it’s like a glass door

The room looked not even close to the pictures and we were super disappointed. Tiny window, no closet and extremely small. I felt like we were put in a basement room… other guests had the same experience. We complained but they did not do anything. Really frustrating. The breakfast buffet is almost empty after 9:30 and is only getting refilled with tiny portions. It‘s a really stressfull atmosphere because all guests are trying to get some of the refill. The restaurant/sunbeds is another scam. They tell you it‘s free you only have to buy a drink but you really have to spend 50€ and it can only be one cocktail per person. So if you want a coffee, water, snack or other it is on top and does not include. Which is okay but they should advertise it differently then. Personal is very rude!! I felt scammed and will not visit this hotel again. It took my joy from my vacation and I was really excited.

We highly recommend Rebecca for everything hospitality. she’s beyond patient and assisted us with everything we needed the entire trip. she’s extremely lovely would come back to just to be served by her again.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth that made me feel completely at home. The staff, especially Guzel and Chrysa, went above and beyond every single day, checking in on me and making sure I had everything I needed. The room was beautifully modern with a comfortable queen size bed, a stunning balcony view and a private Jacuzzi that was the perfect way to unwind. The hotel is steps from the beach, the cleanliness was impeccable and the entire atmosphere was one of pure comfort and luxury. Honestly, there is nothing negative I can say. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations and I left with nothing but gratitude and wonderful memories.

Cleanliness and hospitality by the staff was noteworthy and deserves applause. Breakfast and view from rooftop restaurant was amazing Beach restaurant(beach shack) charges extra (very high) just for a Sun bed by the beach,

Nothing Location, staff and no parking when hotel description states that it’s available

Outdated rooms. Broken approach road to hotel. No lift to our room. Hotel promises parking on site but no parking available and hardly any parking available on the narrow road above the hotel

By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. At first everyone at the front desk seemed so nice and accommodating until it came to making money off of us. We were trying to get into our room after a long day at the beach. Our handle to our room was broken and our door wouldn’t open. It was 90 degrees out and I’m holding my 6 month old who’s sleeping in my arms. We waved down some guy that works there that seemed like a bell boy/ repair man. He tried to fix the door then walked off. Never returned. We shortly went to the front desk to see what was going on and they told us THEY WOULDNT LET US IN OUR ROOM UNTIL WE PAID THEM FOR THE DOOR TO BE FIXED!! obviously we were shocked and upset. Two hours past by with my baby unable to get into the room with his formula and air conditioning. It took my crying and yelling in the lobby in front of all of the other guests until the hotel finally gave us the hard copy key to the door. Obviously it was to shut us up because there were new guests checking in. The next morning comes, and they refuse to clean our room. Again, we confront them and they are saying we need to pay for the door to be fixed. After threatening to sue them they finally cleaned our room and left us alone the rest of the trip. They claim the beach chairs are a separate business than them, which is a lie. They charge the most on the entire beach and lie that other chairs are more expensive. Want a trip to the town? 100 euros for a 10 minute ride where they are whipping around corners and driving unsafely. They have an included breakfast but the old man who is an owner and refuses to admit he’s an owner stands there and yells at the guests for not picking up the food correctly. They are the biggest thieves on Mykonos. Do not stay here.

Beachfront N/a

It's clean and by the sandy beach. The rooms are small. Technically the toilet is in the bedroom with no privacy more than IKEA blind. The beds are comfy but I had to watch each step because the walks and doors and toilet area are too narrow. The place is simply overpriced.

There is no sunbed, and umbrella available to the hotel customers on the Beach

The beach chairs in front of the hotel had to be paid apart which was not clear when we’ve booked the hotel. Also, there is a travel agency that the hotel suggests, but they charge a very expensive price. You can get same service if you look check online options.

Location Room, beds, breakfast, pool, entrance

Located in the center of the most beautiful beach in Nikonos IMO. Breakfast is with incredible view. Staff was vulgar, hotel is dirty. A full show why they can only give one key caused me to wake up at night. Too many “stories to tell”. The pool man entered our room through the balcony while my daughter was half naked in her room. When I came to reception they said that they support this.

Bathroom is not good, outside from shower the floor always wet.

The property is right on the beach. Good breakfast and location- a few good restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant was closed. DK oyster in front of the hotel is a total rip off for renting loungers
