Great location close to the beach. Comfortable beds. Great views. Good air conditioning. Friendly, helpful staff. Not enough loungers by the pool. They were occupied every time we tried to go. Just spent more time at beach instead.

The staff was so kind kindly during all our staying. They help you with the private transfer. Our last night we departed so early and they booked a taxi for us and prepared a box with the breakfast. They respond so quickly any doubts via mail or booking chat. Absolutely perfect. Nothing bad to add.

Really nice property. Clean, great breakfast, nice rooms. Would definitely recommend and stay again! The shower format is not modern and bathroom was dark. TV was a little small.

Staff made this stay incredible every single one. Of them was incredible .. especially the lovely blonde lady (forgot her name am sorry) and honestly every one was amazing .. they were so attentive, caring, extremely nice and accommodating .. thank you guys Nothing all was great

Front desk staff and restaurant staff were consistently gracious,professional and cheerful all 7 days of my stay .Room was spotless.Air con was very strong,thankfully. Breakfast offered all the basics.I appreciated the peanut butter,freshly baked grain breads and walnuts/pine nuts and almonds. Soy milk too. Moussaka was so delicious I ate it 5 nights in a row. Strong wifi signal. After trying out 4 different beaches I can state without hesitation that the beach down the road from the hotel(5-8 minutes walking)was by far the best-in terms of beach beds,restaurants and water clarity.And prices. Front desk called transportation for me about 5 times and they arrived within 15 minutes. Wonderful hotel .Not luxury,but very comfortable.

The view from the terrace is amazing, the room is very comfortable with all the amenities, and the breakfast is very varied and complete.

location is absolutely perfect, next to one of the best beaches Psarrou. Restaurants and bus transportation are 2min walk from hotel. The staff really take care of their guests and make things seamless. This was my second time staying here and I highly recommend Pelican ❤️Bae❤️ no complaints whatsoever

Location was perfect and near the bus stop & beach, the rooms were clean and matched the photos and the breakfast was great The only flaw was that the layout of the room contained the actual sink, and it wasn’t in a separate bathroom. This wasn’t terrible but this is why our rating is not exceptional.

Exceptional hotel and the service and staff were second to none. Ioanna at reception was so helpful in organising taxis and recommending restaurants, tours and attractions. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Nothing at all.

The property is clean, the staff are so friendly and accomodating. Exceptional service from the reception, the guy who carried our luggages and the housekeeping. The room is always clean and their shower products also smells so good. Good coffee provided at every room. They even upgraded our room. Nothing.

Absolutely amazing stay at Pelican Bay. We were on our honeymoon and the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly, offering us a complimentary upgrade to a private junior suite. After travelling around Europe for 8 weeks, this was our favourite and most relaxing stay. The BEST shower (hot and great pressure - this is important!) and most comfortable bed. Slept better than I would have at home. Just a 3 minute walk to some great restaraunts on the beach. Would definitely come back again!
