The food was absolutely terrible.

Bastante amplo, ótima estrutura e equipe bastante amigável. Ar condicionado teve problema alguns dias, mas era solucionado.

The seaweed on the beach kind of ruined the whole beach experience, but that’s not the resort’s fault.

The resort is very nice with the animals

Loved the amenities, specially the sport bar and the mini golf. The animals in the gardens are a plus. Modern rooms and bathrooms. Loved that it has 3 pools (family, party, quiet). The buffet could be improved, and the Mexican restaurant food. We Loved the coffee shop and the pizza in the buffet though. Also, the beach snack bar had fresh options.

The location was amazing. The drinks were great and the resort had wonderful amenities; the bell boys and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurants, specifically Nopal, was absolutely terrible. It would've been nice to know when the food buffet would open/close, or if it was open for longer. We felt like we barely had food options considering there were hours on end where we couldn't access food. The resort staff could also be dismissive to us at times.

I like the location I like the children play house Also the facts the 3 large pools are close by. I didn’t like the food, it was kind of blah. The pool wasn’t clean and missing pieces of tiles. The bathroom shower head was cheap

The property itself is super cute. I love the layout. The beach was beautiful, the room design was pretty cool. We had a small room at first and needed to be moved to a larger room because it was so small the bathroom door banged on the showerhead when you opened it. Everything was pretty handy and there was a pool atmosphere for everybody. If you’re the type of person that may get irritated about having to ask for the same thing like towels or face cloths or anything in the room to be repaired over and over and over again, you might want to keep moving on. I went to the desk three days in a row asking for my phone to be repaired and asking for towels and face cloths (they only left two full-size towels if that). Out of the seven days I was there. I got face cloths once. Never received hand towels or bath mats. Most of the time I had to chase down the cleaning carts to get towels. I left $10 tips in the room each day until the fourth day. After that and not receiving towels or beer in my fridge, I gave up. There was a full day where there were zero pool towels available. Myself and another family were back-and-forth three times each only need to be told there were no towels. There was a stack of VIP towels, but of course they wouldn’t hand those out to us. The maintenance crew are not all that experience for the most part. I don’t believe. There was a few issues in the room and every time they sent somebody they would be there for 20 minutes to half hour and leave and it would not be repaired. I gave up and fix the toilet myself one day.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and kept disconnecting.

In reality I did not like much the hotel my view was toward a construction. Bed uncomfortable and no variety of food.

The rooms were dirty ac wasn't working properly the rest of it was clean excellent pool were very clean

Beach, pool and bars were super nice and enjoyed jungle type views when walking to reception Only 2-3 good options for vegetarians and menu stays the same in every restaurant and buffet. It was very hard to book the a la carte restaurants for dinner. We made dinner reservations right after check in and still didn’t get reservation for the first night. Other than that, we had to wake up early around 6am to reserve spot near the beach.

Different available restaurants for dinner options Rooms were terrible. Nothing worked (AC, fridge, safe, room phone) requested for 2 days to get another room because that one was terrible. Finally got moved on day 3. Receptionists sometimes we're rude and unhelpful. Everything is an upcharge. I guess to even get a room with working amenities. They have a photographer on site which was a scam. Was not able to get our valentines day photos even though we paid an additional $200 for the special evening dinner. Overall dont recommend. You couldn't even enjoy the beach without someone trying to sell u something every 7 minutes. They offer a presentation after you check in. DONT GO!!! Its literally a gimmick to try to sell you time shares!! And we went just trying to be nice but they were sooo aggressive it literally ruined the mood for the first few days of our vacation. We will NEVER come back to this "resort" the best days were when we planned activities to be away from the hotel because of how terrible the whole resort was.

Did not like that all restaurants were reserved and no availability on short notice. Too many guests putting out towels to save pool chairs and not using them, it should be monitored

Everything was great besides my bathroom!

Most be of the staff was so very friendly, attentive, and made us feel important. Swim up bar was amazing. The room had a moldy odor that just would not go away. Staff tried to make us comfortable though. The food was hit or miss. I never got to eat at the Italian Restaurant because you had to reserve a time and it was never available. Mexican was always available, as it was the least favorite.
