Very nice peoples, clean place, groceries at walking distance. ...
-
Good location, plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Nice mattress. Good Internet. Plenty of hot water for the shower and the room had a mini-fridge. A little noise late one night from a place a couple doors down but it was otherwise quiet and peaceful.

The location is excellent, being only a block away from a two supermarkets and a few blocks from Walmart and the Alterna ADO bus terminal. It's also an easy walk to several restaurants, the 5th Ave strip and the beach. The air conditioning works great, the cleaning staff never bothered me before noon, and there's an excellent (and economical) lavandería just around the corner. Although there's no kitchenette, there is a mini refrigerator and the host provided me a hotplate and some other kitchen items that enabled me to cook meals to eat in my room. If you want the hot water to be above lukewarm, an actual kitchenette, a really comfortable bed, or peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. You will hear everything anyone is saying in the rooms next to you or outside (even with the windows closed). Someone regularly comes by with little dogs that bark for no apparent reason, which can happen any time of the day or night. Music may play all night from across the street or just in the morning at the facilities next door. But then, I was there for over two weeks during high season. Plus, this is Mexico. Who ever sleeps here?

No breakfast was offered. Small bathroom
-
We had to park on the street.
-
The internet never worked… they promised a safe box and there was none in my room… the shower had only three to five squirts of water so very hard to take showers…
-
The location is perfect, close to main roads and easy to walk. The receptionist is a very nice man. The sink is too high and hard to use without getting wet. In general the room was clean but can be better
-
We liked bed, design of the room. Ligting of the room - not pleasant..
-
Location Poorly maintained generally. Not clean. No soap at washbasin. Outside door wasn’t closing.
-
Quiet place Shower was terrible 2nd floor without lift

The last visit I made to Playa Del Carmen my hotel was noisy at night due to being near a club with booming music. My stay here at Quinta Santa Anita this was not the case, it was very quiet which I really appreciated and enjoyed. A highlight of my stay. Close to excellent food! Away from the busy and crowded areas of PDC. The shower could have been better.

Good location and cheap hotel rooms Tha bedroom was okay, but the bathroom was not clean , there was no shampoo.
-
Nice people, quiet, slept well Not the best location, but quiet on the other hand

Very good

Nice entree to the hotel, good location, good wifi, quiet, good shower. Strong sewer smell from the bathroom sink. Mattress smelled like urine. Uncomfortable beds. Didn't feel clean.

The staff were very nice and while the hotel is downtown Playa del Carmen, it is in a quiet area. It is your basic OYO hotel, clean comfy beds, reception and 24 hour security, daily housekeeping, free drinking water / coffee, hot showers with good water pressure, small fridge and very good internet. The person at reception spoke good English and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Good old Mexican hospitality! Nothing

Great location and clean room No 24/7 reception On our 2nd night there a big group checked in at 11.30 pm and stayed for a while right outside of our room making a huge noise and same at their check out time at 5 am !! There should be someone at the reception to prevent this from happening !! Impossible to sleep

The room was lovely, big with two large comfortable beds. We stayed just for a night so I can't say much but the check in process and the location was great for us. The bathroom could use a refurbishment as the wood was quite chipping away. A few mosquitos we had to battle but this was an overall issue in Mexico in general. Nothing really negative to say.
