Invisa Hotel Club Cala Verde

Nice room overall. Big venue, with entertainment activities available for different ages. Fun small aqua park for 4+ I'd say. Nice beach east facing at short (but steep) walking distance Due to a technical issue, the room was not accessible for a few hrs and then was left dirty, creating a substantial disruption to our plans for the evening and the inconvenience of having to complaint. Not what you'd expect from a 4 star accommodation (priced as such). There is no convenient step-free access to many key spots within the venue (to the room, to the eating room, to the beach..) The food is buffet: definitely quantity over quality. Don't trust booking photos of the selected room: the venue is huge and so for instance there's a high chance you'll end up in a room with a much less fascinating view (and the receptionist can do most likely nothing about this)

Huge property spread across a hilly terrain. Great facilities. Amazing food with great veggie, meat and sea food options. Multiple adult & kids pools. Adjacent to a nice quiet beach. Good entertainment. Sports club runs tennis and padel sessions separate from the hotel. Info on how to pre-book those group sessions would have helped

Beautiful view- lovely room. Breakfast was good. Bed was soft and my husband had back issues the whole time because of it. Shower wasn’t hot and when it got hot, it didn’t stay hot… Beach had no chairs or bar service.

The beach, the food, the evening activities were perfect, strongly recommend The reception staff can be more flexible(in terms of towel usage or checkout timing) but was a nice stay from all perspectives

Very friendly stuff, amazing food, the nearest beach is all you need, although we didn’t use the adults animation because we had small kids to babysit we found it very interesting and unobtrusive, the animation for kids is cool c the playground is extra. The view is just breathtaking and much better than in Cala Blanca. The rooms were cleaned daily. I would come back again for sure! Nothing to be honest ;)

We were upgraded into one of the newly refurbished rooms and it was beautiful. Lovely terrace with outstanding views. Room was done to a high standard. We went to the brasserie for ‘late’ breakfast one morning and it was diabolical! All of the items that were supposed to be hot were literally cold and there was no microwave which would have sorted that out immediately! The coffee was stewed and undrinkable! My advice is don’t bother and stick to the main dining area which was much better!

We had a free upgrade to a suite which was very good. Food was excellent lots of choice. We enjoyed our stay A lot of noise from the children’s entertainment. But they were having fun.

The staff were fantastic, rooms were clean and comfortable and the facilities were amazing! The food was great something for everyone and lots of variety and the entertainment was fantastic! The hotel is right on the beach with some of the most amazing views! How difficult it was to leave!

The grill in the lower floor (Luca prepared our meat, amazing guy). Only at there as the buffet wasn't that great. Everyone from the staff was super friendly. Very crowded at breakfast and dinner, very loud at the pool, no beds available at the pool, ... This is your typical crowded "all-in" hotel. Not my style, won't be coming here again.

The pools were spacious and uncrowded for lots of the time. It was pretty easy to get a nice spot to relax with the family by the pools, e.g. on loungers or very comfy shaded outdoor beds. The buffet was such an easy way to feed the family, especially children. It was immaculately clean with shining marble floors and all the outside areas being hosed down every day. The staff were lovely; always happy to help. My favourite part was the view from the resort. You could look out on a gorgeous bay, while sitting by the pool and watching the children. Also, there were lovely low-key activities, like gentle stretching in the mornings, a chilled out kids club with archery/tennis etc, and a towel folding competition. We managed to win 2 bottles of sparkling wine but I think that's unusual! Some of the entertainment shows were amazing. The flowers around the resort were beautiful. The Lion King show wasn't that great, but maybe ok for toddlers. There were a lot of steps to the beach and back to our room, but that's fine for us as it was a bit of exercise and was part of being on a stunning hillside. Our room was a double and sofa bed - the sofa bed converted to 2 very nice singles for the kids, but our double was 2 singles pushed together, which I would have preferred to have been just a double. The meal times could be a bit noisy around the buffet as there were lots of people, but the variety and amount of food was excellent and as a family we could cope with this.
