Best Western Plus Pleasanton Inn

My original I had gotten was fine but when I went to turn on the AC it was making a weird noise like it was struggling to cool so I talked to the front desk and they were more than happy and accommodating to put me in a different room. The second room they gave me was awesome AC worked great. This is one of my favorite hotels I always seem to make my way back to even though it’s a 46mile drive for me.

The fire alarm started to ring in what looked like all the rooms around 8:45 a.m. it was so loud you couldn’t even be inside the room. We left as soon as we could

Room was very nice, location excellent in the center of things and near Bart. Nothing comes to mind.

I didn’t care for the bed, a little hard for me. Great location for a stop. I had a late check in which was no problem for them. The breakfast was excellent. Very nice perk. Room was clean and roomy.

The hotel is close to the highway so constant traffic noise throughout the night. Room did not smell nice. Alot of noise outside my room it sounded like people talking outside the room til about 11pm.

Did not like the location Location was noisy

It was quiet, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Also, we have a service dog so we were given a 1st floor room. There are no hallways, exit right to an area where we could take the dog to do her business. The area was clean and provided bags to pick up Daisy's business.

I could not order food if I could not refrigerate food. I did not eat the 8th and 9th breakfast. The eggs were watered down. They did not have regular milk to have cereal. Allergic to yogurt. I stayed all day in the room for maintenance. They never came. I could not transfer 16 rooms away. Disabled. Could not walk. They were supposed to give me food so I could have breakfast in the evening. The next day I had surgery. They gave me muffins after giving me a plunger. Not eating that is not sanitary. When I asked to just clean the bathroom. The maid cleaned the bathroom. She still had dirty gloves on from cleaning the bathroom. She then handed me towels. Not sanitary. You even hear freeway traffic 24/7. Not enough handicap parking. I explained I’m in a bad way. I can’t walk 16 rooms away. The hotel wanted me to move. I can’t move.

Also could not get WiFi. I was given the password at check in but never was able to enter it. It just kept thinking. I should have called the front desk for help but I was meeting family for dinner. Clean, bed comfort was just OK.
