The location in countryside but close to dual carriageway to St Malo. Lovely setting and garden area. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Good size bedroom with ensuite bathroom containing bath with shower. No television in room. Tea and coffee making facilities. Restaurant facilities are excellent. Continental style breakfast served in morning for additional fee. Access to bedrooms is up a relatively steep external staircase.

We didn't eat there but the dining room looked nice and the garden was beautiful. The bed in our room had a footboard which should be specified as my husband cannot sleep comfortably with a foot board due to his height (190cm / 6'3''). Not all beds in the auberge have footboards from what i saw when the cleaning was being done the next morning and doors were open so it would be worth them specifying it. I'd suggest putting a request if that may be an issue.

We arrived at 15.20. A man went out shouting that the check in was at 17, then, after a minute, a girl went out with a POS, telling us we have to pay. We were outside. It was raining. The time to pay, she shows us a outdoor stair. The rooms are on the first floor. No welcome, no how are you, no suggestion where to go. The room had no television, despite this it was the most expensive I have in my journey. They have a restaurant. I saw only one guest. It was Friday. May be they have to start to say welcome to their guests.

Beautiful place, we were very lucky to arrive in time to have dinner, which was excellent, and the staff were fantastic. The breakfast could have been more generous for the price.
