Bianco a Nero Mykonos

The rooms were the worst part of the hotel. They were extremely small, and the toilet and shower were located directly behind the bed. This caused a very unpleasant smell, and the drainage pipes also had a bad odor. At times, the smell was so strong that it was difficult to breathe, let alone sleep. We called room service, and they cleaned the pipes, which made it possible for us to sleep. The spa jacuzzi was also disappointing. It was very small and not clean. The filter was dirty, and the water had a greenish color, which made it look unhygienic. Finally, the room curtains did not block the sunlight properly, so the room became very bright early in the morning, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

A small boutique hotel.. perfect and quiet stay.. clean.. great pool and breakfast near the pool.. very nice room with balcony and small jacuzzi.. a lot of free parking. And most important!!! The way they treated us! We felt like home!!! A big love and thanks to Angelica!! Dimitry!!! We had s great time!!! My advice, to ask the hotel to pick you up from the airport, it's not far away, but difficult road, 30 minutes walking.. i also rented a car immediately at the hotel.. for 45 euros per day.. best decision!! The roads are a bit difficult and nerro, get ready for this ? That we had to leave ???

Everything was perfect . I can't understand why some other clients wrote bad reviews about his hotel , all what they said is not true , I guess they need to be more happy inside them so they will not write bad things that do not exist. This hotel is 10 points from 10 in all the categories.

Very nice staff great service always ready to help. They had a full range of services, including renting a car transfers and they prepared decoration for my wedding anniversary with my wife. We had a very good vacation. There was a crib for my kid and overall would very recommend this place. The breakfast could have been more elaborated they could improve the breakfast assortment

Beautiful place with excellent service.

The place is beautiful n look very upscale. The staff is nice specially the driver The ac didn’t work so well, n there was a fly/bug inside the kettle n it was very dirty. The location is not so conveniente to commute.

The sofa bed

The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere and a visually appealing pool area, offering a break from the busy town. We booked a room for four adults, but it was extremely small, cramped, and definitely not suitable for that number of guests. It was uncomfortable to sleep in, the air conditioning was very weak, and the room design felt old and outdated—nothing like what was shown in the pictures. After many frustrating discussions with the staff, they finally agreed to give us an additional room, but only after charging us €1,000 more, without offering any refund or compensation. This caused a lot of stress and negatively impacted our vacation. Future guests should be careful when booking rooms for more than two people.

Dora and Dimitri at the reception were absolutely amazing, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The same goes for the hotel taxi drivers and the staff at the bar and during breakfast. Everyone was friendly and attentive. We had a fantastic time! The room was perfect for two people: clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The hotel itself had a wonderful atmosphere and a great vibe. Highly recommended!

Very nice property super welcoming staff. You feel at home from the minute you arrive. Dora and Michalis are super hosts, super friendly and know how to take care of people.

Management team went above and beyond.They helped me locate my cell phone that I left behind in a taxi and they even picked it up for me.The place is beautiful and clean. The staff is nice and friendly. accomodates transfers and taxis which are cheaper.

Very cute and clean hotel. Everything was good: rooms, pool, restaurant. Very friendly staff. It was some far from the city center, but the hotel had a car service, so there was very comfortable.

The owner and the staff were immaculate, attended us like we were in our own home. They gave us ride into town and the food was magnificent.. The room and the side of the hotel was beautiful . It was a nice hotel to stay at away from all the noise Very nice and quiet and clean N/A

Beatiful location with sunset view. Great breakfast and kind staff. Towels often given with stains on them although clean. Bidet not working properly, water flow was too strong to be used. Restaurant service time took very long we preferred to eat in other places.

The hotel is within close proximity to the airport (6-7mins) drive. And if you don't have a car like me, a pick up from the airport to the hotel is just €6 per person(€10 to the town or to the port). The transport price is way cheaper than taxi outside. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Organizing a shuttle is extremely easy and they are basically ready to pick u up or drop you off anywhere in the island 24/7. The public facilities(pools and sun benches) are amazing. We arrived at the hotel 5 hours earlier than the check in hour. While we couldn't get a room right after, we could enjoy the benches and the pool to chill until the check in time. While the public facilities are amazing, the room itself is a bit old(but clean!). But it is definitely worth the price and a great deal considering it's Mykonos.
