Great location with a super host! Traffic on the main road is sometimes heavy but obviously that’s no fault of the Residence.

Really spacious apartment with a well stocked kitchen, beautiful views and lovely and very attentive cleaning staff. Decent small supermarket only 5 mins walk away. Some shade (umbrellas) at the pool would have been helpful and enabled us to use the pool in the afternoon.

The location was perfect for me. because I wanted to stay near Marina Lav to catch a boat. Room was nice, very clean and comfy. Staff was very friendly and patient to wait for us due to our late arrival in Split. Bathroom could have glass instead of courtains in the shower. A bottle of water would be nice as a courtesy with guests, specially those arriving late.

Very modern and clean 2 bedroom apartment Lovely sea view which was a 2 minute walk from apartment. Loved sitting on balcony in morning with a coffee Many places to eat within walking distance or a short drive in a car . Host Angela was lovely , didn't meet in person but was always available for any questions or assistance Pool to is small for number of apartments and 6 sunbeds, very difficult on occasions to find one free . Also pool seemed to be used by the local kids, I have no issue with this but with only 6 sunbeds was frustrating

The room was great with a full kitchen, coffee machine, toaster, fridge and stove. It had fast free internet and was close to the beach and tennis courts. Very well located. Staff were great! I believe they are busy upgrading as a suggestion I might suggest upgrading the lighting in the passage ways to the rooms, it's a bit cold and sterile. Other than that no real negatives stand out.

The apartment was very clean, the location suits us really well as it is near Split, yet you have your calm oasis. The communication with owner, Anđela, was exceptional and we will definetly come back. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND Maybe just to have variety of pillows for sleeping

Although the personal was very nice, but following points was not good: - Warm water: not controllable, sudden change from hot to very cold and from cold to very hot. This was really bothering. - Internet: connection was not stable and bad quality. I lost my time because of this. If you should do your work in Hotel, then avoid this Hotel. All in all, I do not recommend the Hotel.
