Great location and staff. Free upgrade as well. Bipin was an excellent resource at the front office as well.

We got our room at a great price as they had a discount for late gateways so for us value for money was great. We also got upgraded for a bigger room and received a complimentary foot massage. The facilities are well maintained. The breakfast terrace and buffet were lovely, staff is super friendly and helpful, cleanliness was 100/100. Also, great location :) Nothing to complain about.

The room was spacious, large bed, nice balcony view, lots of light. Breakfast was really good and pleasant place. Staff were amazing and very helpful!!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Pooja at the front desk was especially wonderful — always welcoming us with a smile and going out of her way to be helpful. The staff at the bar and restaurant were also very attentive, regularly checking in to make sure everything was going well and that we were enjoying our stay.

Water pressure in the shower was very low. The staff explained it's because of the high floor (5) and offered to change room.

It was our fourth time staying at this hotel and as expected it did not disappoint us. Top notch rooms and service. Unbelievable friendly and attentive staff. Free breakfast has a huge selection and very tasty. If again in Pokhara it will be the only option considered.

Love this hotel for how well it is being cared for. Everything is top notch including rooms, staff, restaurant and spa. Super welcoming staff will look after everything. Excellent location, close to the lake and shopping but at the same time in a very quiet area.

The most modern/new feel/clean hotel in the area.And reception here is nicer and more welcoming. Hotel was better in service and comfort than many big names I know. Nepali Massage at spa was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Ask for Sanjana. Service/Food of room service was ok just not outstanding. I was on the 5th floor.. forest shower was nice temperature was too but could use more pressure.

I had a wonderful stay at Temple Himalaya Hotel & Spa. The property is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and very well located near Lakeside. What truly made the experience exceptional was the hospitality of the entire team. Mr. Pokharel and Mr. Manoj were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The three ladies at the reception were equally welcoming, professional, and kind throughout our stay. Even the security guard uncle and the restaurant staff during breakfast were very courteous and made us feel at home. The breakfast itself was delicious with a great variety and fresh options every morning. Overall, the service and warmth of the staff really stood out. Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike. Everything, from the service to the facilities, was well taken care of, and we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay throughout.

Temple Hotel and Spa provided an unforgettable stay, made even more special by the incredibly kind and thoughtful staff. I was staying there on my birthday, and the team went out of their way to make me feel truly celebrated. Their warmth and genuine care meant a lot to me. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities.Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming throughout my stay. I had booked the deluxe room but they were really kind to upgrade me to the one bedroom suite which was really kind ? The room had an amazing view of the phewa lake and as well as the Himalaya mountains. Outstanding hospitality, memorable service, and a truly heartwarming experience. I highly recommend Temple Hotel and Spa and would love to return again.

It’s a central (downtown) area but it’s quiet in this hotel so you can relax by the pool or enjoy some beautiful view from your window. The food was delicious, the staff was polite and attentive. I could pay when I checked out so it’s comfortable. Rooms are new, modern and stylish and it’s not too expensive for such kind of a hotel. They have a guide who helps you to book some trips and activities and these were safe and interesting, I went hiking to Dhampus and tried paragliding. I enjoyed my stay there :) The water pressure in the shower could be better, but it's not a big problem. + The pool was quite cool but you can swim there at the daytime or after sauna there

A wide variety of dishes available for breakfast for extended hours. Had to remind the housekeeping, every day, to have our room cleaned.

Clean and peace. There's no any fitness centre.
