We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Elegant in Lakeside, Pokhara. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the lake but still peaceful and quiet. The rooms were clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Great hospitality! We also loved the rooftop view of the mountains and the fresh breakfast every morning. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pokhara! All good

Great location, on street 8 from the water front, Nice part of Pokara.The people here are really friendly, the staff are helpful, and nothing seems to much trouble. We arrived late at night and they helped our driver, we were offered food, and they were very kind. All staff were nice, and when we come back we will stay again!!!! Thanks for everything, all staff at hotel Elegant ?? Some people's aggressive selling tactics, around Pokara area in general!!!!! All good but don't get aggressive and angry when the answer is NO ?

Our room was spacious with a comfy bed. Everything was very clean. We had a brilliant mountain view from balcony (4th floor) and enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Location was really good, close to everything Lakeside but also peaceful. Wifi connection was great throughout our stay. Staff accommodated all our requests and we ended up extending by two nights. On our first morning, there was a buffet style breakfast but on other days staff prepared us a breakfast plate each, which wasn’t always to our taste. We felt that there wasn’t a great atmosphere, lots of staff despite hardly any guests. Also we were disturbed by cleaning staff shouting loudly at 8am one morning. Lastly there was no hot water one afternoon, however when reported this was quickly resolved by staff.

Had a nice room on the 4th floor with a fantastic view. For breakfast, Nescafe was served which I do not like.

Perfect location near the lake, rooms are big and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and considering the price, it was amazing.

Robin, the owner lead from the front. He has a team of dedicated staff special mention of Krishna, Puran, Manoos and Lakshman. Rooms were really spacious, well laid out and airy. The balcony had the best view as on a clear day you could see the Anapurna Range. The landmarks of Pokhara-World Peace Centre, Shiva's temple and Sarangkot clearly visible. Hearty breakfast is served every morning depending on the guest profile. Number of restaurants, shopping centres, Fewa Lake in the immediate vicinity. Best part its on a quiet street. The weak point is, there's a Day receptionist-Ashish, he needs to get down from his high arrogant chair. Robin was very apologetic on his behalf.

The hotel is quite new, the room is big, private balcony, the bed sheets are changed every guest. There is an elevator, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the dining area is huge. The price of the car and scenic tours booked by the hotel is lower than the outside tourists shop. We want to have breakfast at 6:30am, they can also arrange it, That's very nice. The hotel is large and there are Indian groups staying every day. They treat the hotel as home and it is a bit noisy. but it's fine for us.
