We really liked the hotel’s friendly and honest staff. They kept my wife’s wallet safe after she accidentally left it behind, and even looked after our car for three days while we were on the Mardi Himal trek. The rooms were clean, the food was good, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Big thanks to all the hotel staff for their honesty and great hospitality!

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Lakeside Pokhara

Svery thing is just superb… At the price what we paid approx 23-25k for 2 rooma we booking a 4 star luxury hotel and it was totally worth it

Very enjoyable. Staff exudes kindness. Hotel room I had was more than adequate. Location was terrific. Any questions or concerns dealt with promptly. Appreciate the staff especially….such nice people! No issues

Excellent Breakfast, friendly and warming staffs, the bed was verry comfortable and big, great views from the room Centrally located in Pokhara with everything you need within walking distance. Everything was great. The swimming pool is in the rooftop verry small, not good for swim.

I really liked the attention of the staff, that was the real luxury. I liked the terrace they had for yoga or meditation and teh location that was close to the bus station. In Pokhara is very common to use the buses even if you can pay easily for the plane ticket since the most safe option to move is by bus. The furniture looked old, and when I arrived I was expecting a king size bed which I reserved but when I went to bed I noticed there were two twin beds together, also I found out a half drink of coca cola in the mini bar and some details of damages in the furniture so I called the reception desk and almost immediately they switched me to another room (better one) and they gave me some fruit to help me feel welcome and nice. So there were very good with the attention, just the place maybe need a restore and to say before that the hot tube is something the charge around 3000 rupies extra... I acutally made the reservation there because of the hot tube and the pool, which when I arrived none of those had water, and so I asked for the spa service and at that moment they told me that was unavailable, so maybe if you are going just make sure everything that you are expecting is going to be available. Again, just want to remark service was unexceptional, but still, I didnt made my reservation based on that.

Breakfast was good- staff very willing to serve even food not on menu or in buffet, like bacon! All the staff always cheerfully fulfilling my requests, including reception, maintenance, dining hall, bar, etc - polite and well-mannered. Friendly boss.
