Very pleasant staff who were eager to help. Hotel is centrally located to the lake side area in Pokhara where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The restaurant food wasn’t very good. This is easily remedied by eating at any of the many restaurants near the hotel.

Staff is amazing, courteous and friendly. It’s in a nice quiet area away from the lake but walking distance. Magnificent views of the Himalayas.

The staff were polite people,always ready to help . I met the owner of the hotel both husband and wife , they are kind people as well, jokingly I asked her to offer me 3 days to stay freely in her hotel but she replied that she can allow me for one day. So this act of her showed her greatness as a proprietor. She is not greedy for money. Hats off to you all Nothing

The Bathroom is very clean the Shower is excellent hot water works after trekking Wow . The view of Annapurna and Fish Tail mountain is excellent .

The view is the best of all the hotels in Pokhara!!! Very clean, wonderful staff. A little far from the Lakeside downtown area.

the room is very clean and spacious. lovely hot shower. the view was stunning ( room 502) hotel was quiet and staff very attentive and helpful. breakfast ok too. all in all for price was excellent. The location is great as well. very close to both airport and bus park.

The service of the staff was outstanding. I wanted to do some tours around town and into the mountains and they set me up with literally everything and even helped me with changing my flight routes as was needed for a change in my itinerary. Besides the friendly staff, there is the possibility to see the Annapurna mountains from some bedrooms and the rooftop of the hotel. Wake up at 5.30 and when the skies are clear, your view will be amazing. N/A
